   we arrived 15 minutes early so we sat outside for a cocktail which we was served immediately….. very nice atmosphere outside….My wife ordered the shrimp with strawberries salad which was delicious and plenty of it, I chose the combination order in which I got the Cesar salad ,shrimp and salmon then the bread pudding for dessert. I ordered a vodka cocktail for $7.50 which was great (got 2), she ordered a margarita $$13.50 and no muy bueno. Our server a staff was very attentive to our needs, don’t forget to get the onion rings they were perfect and delicious…. over all it was a great time

   The food and service was amazing. The black diamond martini was to die for. We will definitely be back.

   Brought our out of town guests to Firebirds on Easter. It was our first time too. The prime rib was the thickest cut we had ever seen. It was cooked to perfection. Great value. Waitress was very attentive, so very nice too. Firebirds exceeded our expectations. We look forward to our next visit!

   Always enjoy dining here. We love the deviled eggs and pretty much everything we ever order.

   We made reservations ahead of time to celebrate our son's birthday. We were seated immediately. The manager was very professional and friendly as he led us to our table. Our server was Justin, and he was awesome! Very personable and attentive! Out of the five of us, everyone enjoyed their meal except for me. The salmon had a strange taste. However, the salad, appetizer, and vegetables were great! The restaurant took the salmon off our bill. I would definitely return, but I would order something other than the salmon.

   We had reservations for 415pm for a night out without the kiddos and to celebrate a promotion at work. Upon arrival we were greeted immediately and informed our table would be ready soon. The restaurant didn’t appear real busy at this point. Only took about 5 minutes before we were shown to our seats. The hostess gal was very nice. Once seated we were visited by our waitress a few mins later. She explained the bar menu and took our drink orders. A little time passed before she returned with water but not the wine my wife had ordered. She then took our food orders and said she would return with the wine. Waitress was pleasant but did seem a little overwhelmed. About 5 or so more minutes passed and my wife’s wine was dropped at our table, and not too long after bread was dropped off. Eventually our soup (corn chowder) and salad (Caesar) was dropped off and both were fantastic. We then waited some time before finally getting our main course. My wife’s was to be med rare and mine medium. Mine looked good but my wife’s definitely was overcooked. She’s not a complainer and hates making a fuss so she didn’t send it back. She ate two bites and ended up getting a to go box for the rest…our German shepherd loved it. We then ordered dessert, the brownie sundae. It took a long while for this to arrive despite having let our waitress know we had a movie that started at 545 across the way. Our desserts arrived a couple mins shy of 530 and she asked if we wanted them to go…2 brownie ice cream sundaes wouldn’t have been any good to take to the theater so we had to eat dessert at the restaurant. We only had time to have a couple of bites before needing to run. The dessert was fantastic though and I wish I could have enjoyed it all. Overall we were disappointed with the overcooked steak, the dozens of gnats flying around our table, and speed of service…. 1.5 hours for two people to eat an early dinner was a long time, service was slow…though waitress was very kind.

   We had a great time☺️ Heather (our server) really made our experience wonderful, she was super nice, always quick to check on how we were doing and made some great suggestions on food and drinks. Thank you so much!!

    We have eaten at Firebirds in Surprise a few times, most recently on April 18. My wife had a salad and ribs, while I had chicken tortilla soup and salmon. The food was very good. Our server, Justin, was friendly and attentive. I'm sure we'll be back soon.
