    Everytime that I come it is always excellent! Not only the food but also the atmosphere, wait staff and hostesses. Managers are always available and always making sure you have the best experience possible. I will always keep coming back!

    Everything was good except the overhead lighting at the two person tables makes it feel like you're in an interrogation booth!

    Tina, our waitress, was attentive and friendly. It was noisy, being Xmas Eve and seated adjacent to a loud, large crowd with lots of little kids, but you can’t avoid that on Xmas Eve no matter where you choose to dine. All up, a nice meal out.

    Service was excellent but food while tasty and good was average for the price and the hype. My steak was good but I’ve had better although my mashed potatoes were really good. My side of vegetable of what I think was supposed to be asparagus was limp and consisted of 4 thin pathetic looking stalks. Also the kitchen was overwhelmed and took longer than should have to get meals.

    It was good! We stopped there for a meal after Christmas shopping! Good service, good price, good food!

    I was a little disappointed but I’m willing to give them another chance. This was our first time at this location. We were eating at Firebirds prior to attending the Symphony downtown later in the evening. The menu prices are very reasonable and there is a good selection of entrees. However the kitchen apparently messed up our medium rare steaks before they came out of the kitchen. After a considerable wait The manager came to our table and sincerely apologized and explained the problem that they had overcooked our steaks and she aid they wanted to get it right and so they were re-cooking our steaks. I commend his professionalism and attitude. We got our meals albeit 20 mins later than expected and this had to eat quickly in order to make to show. One other thing I comment on was that I ordered a 14 oz strip steak and my son got a 10 oz steak and we really couldn’t tell much difference between the size of the steaks. One should have been 40% larger. All told Firebirds has a great menu and their prices are reasonable compared with other comparable restaurants so I’m willing to give them another shot

    We had soup and salad and a main salad. We did not feel the food served was worth the cost. This may not be true of full size entrees. Service was fair as our waiter did not visit us very often during our visit. The manager did visit and offered to take the main salad off the bill but provided a to go salad instead per our request. We will visit again for a main entree to see if that is better.
