   firebirds are starting to feel like a perkins and there’s no special service. The server wasn’t really listening a few times she got the temperature of my steak wrong and did not offer to fix it even though I told her she said I’ll let them know she didn’t get the toppings correct on my potato. It just felt like I was at a diner so for the price of the food if I wanted a Perkins, I would go to a Perkins.

   Server didn’t seem knowledgeable of menu server also seemed like she was either tired or exhausted even though we came in 15 minutes before closing due to a reservation that was said and it seemed like it showed that there were upset however they didn’t really kinda talk about the food options on the menu with being at the second time to the restaurant. The first time was a good experience, but the second time was definitely awful and to put the icing on the cake. When asked for us to go Coke to drink quickly said there is no to go cups. How can a restaurant properly be open and don’t have to go cups for customers that’s coming to a restaurant to pay you guys service for food definitely not ok

   The food was decent. Prices were fair. Service was not great. Maybe I just caught it on a bad night.

   The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but the service was a little slack. We had to ask 3 times for refills on tea.

   I had the tomahawk pork chop, wife had the filet. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted great! Also they make a very tasty expresso martini !! Some restaurants aren't great at them but they were awesome here!

   We were seated in the outdoor patio area. We had two shareable appetizers. We had great service. It was a relaxing atmosphere. I made a bathroom stop on the way out. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. We will definitely try other Firebird locations.

   Food was excellent again. But SERVICE sucks !!  After the food was delivered to the table the waitress never showed up again till she brought the bill without asking if we wanted to have dessert. No refill of drinks.
