We were seated in a timely manner. Our server was very good. She checked on us frequently. Kept us informed as to what was going on. However it took about 45 minutes or so for us Adults to get our food. The kids food came out in a de ent amount of time. Which means they were antsy while we tried to eat when our food finally came out!!

My experience at Firebirds for my birthday celebration was not the best at all. I was disappointed i had reservations for 9pm we didn’t get seated until about 9:20 which was ok. What was not ok to me was the long waits I waited 15 mins for a straw for my water. Our sever was very nice and friendly but we waited long periods of time for everything. The food came out after almost a hour of waiting and the restaurant was not very packed so I’m not sure what the delay was. I love Firebirds but this experience wasn’t one that will make come back or refer anyone.

It was very loud, appeared the ac was out bc it was warm/hot and they had the front doors open on a very windy night. Food and service was great!!

Arianna did a nice job serving us timely and professionally! One steak was under cooked but the other 3 meals were cooked as expected and nice portions.😃🎉

This used to be a nice, quiet to low level restaurant. The last few times we have been here, it has been very loud with parties. I understand you might want people to enjoy a party, but please think do your other customers who might want a quiet night out, and ask the loud tables to not be so loud.

The food wasn’t exactly terrible, it just wasn’t worth what we paid. My main complaint is that my steak was overcooked. An expensive steak shouldn’t be overcooked. And in terms of the service, our waiter was super nice when he was around. But he wasn’t around much.

The food was very good. The veggies were a bit undercooked, and the salmon a bit overcooked, but everything thing had a great flavor, and enjoyable. The service, both front of the house and back of the house, seemed to be struggling a bit with the packed dining room, but our server was extremely courteous, lending to an overall very pleasant evening.

Terrible experience. I requested steak pink in the middle. It came out well done twice. After the second time, I asked the server to bring our dessert & I’d take my meal with me. It took 20 more minutes to get the dessert. Manager comped my meal but food was not good & we received very little attention. We arrived at 5:30 & it took an hour and 45 minutes to get out of the restaurant. Food & service was bad. We will not go back.
