   As soon as our friend informed our servers that she was allergic to tree nuts they were extremely attentive in making sure there was no crossover contamination in the food she was ordering. We had the deviled eggs between 4 of us for an appetizer and the manager even brought her 2 extra to make sure those had not been near any foods containing tree nuts. They went the extra to make our dining experience was the best! My filet mignon with topping of mushrooms and caramelized onions was delicious. Loads of veggies too. Brought half home. My husband’s chicken(Milanese style) large and delish too. By the way, cocktails are good! My “dirty birdie” was made just right wish blue cheese olives.

   Our meal started with shrimp chimichurri appetizer which was fantastic! Hubby had the grilled salmon, and I had the ahi tuna salad and all of it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The wine list satisfies most anyone who appreciates it and the service was absolutely flawless. This was our first time to Firebirds and we went to celebrate my hubby's birthday. We will be back with friends and family!

   OpenTable viewers, Easy to make a reservation. Add Firebirds on Williams Fueld to a must try. Chris the manager will make sure your meals are prepared perfect. The servers are always very friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our reservation was for 4:30 pm, opentable with text you a reminder that when you reply the restaurant will get your table ready within 5 minutes of your time. Great parking and always a spot open Our group had a nice mix from prime rib, steaks to salmon. Each of us tried a sample of the others meal Great experience and perfectly prepared dishes.    Went for our anniversary first time being there and it was absolutely amazing from being greeted all the way til finishing. Our waitress was the best very hospitable sweet and kind and offered amazing recommendations considering it was our first time. Food was delicious and wait time was nonexistent. Will be going again.

   We go here occasionally and the steaks are usually really good but tonight the filet seemed a bit fatty. The deviled eggs were AMAZING though

   Anniversary dinner- We had the 3 course meal. My filet mignon was perfect! Buttery tender. His cilantro chicken was full of flavor. He enjoy crème brûlée and I had chocolate brownie sundae for dessert. The seasonal cocktails are a nice before dinner option.

    Against our better judgement we decided to try Firebirds again after several visits with multiple issues. They sent us a $10 coupon so we thought we would give it one more shot. Very disappointing! It started off well. We ordered an appetizer and drinks. Then down hill very quickly...two of the 3 drinks (glass of wine and a skinny margarita arrived promptly after 20 minutes. The expediter stated efficiently that the martini would be promptly following next. It never came and we asked the server to please check on its whereabouts. It finally showed up after 25 more minutes. It was a Grey Goose martini slightly dirty, up. It showed up as a warm martini way too much vermouth...just bad! Then looking forward to dinner which showed up promptly however 2 of the steaks were barely warm and had to be sent back. The manager did deliver the warmed steaks but all of the excitement was gone as the steaks were still mildly warm. Oh while all of this was happening, I ordered a glass of wine to wash the disappointment, out of my mouth, from the martini...guess what I had to flag down Caroline and ask if she could check on my glass of wine. All in all we will not be back. We should have gone with our better judgement and gone to the Keg. We will never be back!
