   This was a very disappointing dinner for us. We had a gift card gifted to us and we had not previously tried Fire Birds so the gift card was our way in. We arrived and with our reservation, we were immediately seated. We were at a 2 top because 2 of our party could not make it and the table was very small. We ordered a well martini and a bottle of wine for dinner. The waiter seemed to not be knowledgeable about drinks or the wine list and asked a few times what we were ordering. I asked for lemon water and he delivered water without lemon. I reminded him 2 other times before the lemon arrived. We waited about 15 minutes and still no lemon or drinks or wine. Suddenly a runner appeared with our salads... still no drink or wine. I wanted to have a drink before our dinner arrived so I did not start on my salad but my husband finished his before the my drink ever came. It was delivered by the bartender who did the shake and the pour of my martini table side which was a nice touch but then said that the wine was coming. Still waiting. Eventually, the wine came so I started on my salad and a few minutes later with only 1 bite from salad, our dinner arrived. There was no room on our tiny table so we were crowded and felt pressured. The salad was fair, the steaks we ordered were good but not great for price point. Then came the bill where there was an up charge for my gin. While I was in the rest room, the waiter had returned and told my husband that they were out of "well" gin???? So would I like a different gin. He told them Hendricks would be fine. Now, I would assume that since you are out of my requested item and you are replacing it, you would not charge me $7.50 up charge??? I worked in the service industry for 15 yrs. I questioned the waiter about the bill and he looked at me incredulously and said, "you ordered Hendricks and drank it." Well, yes I did but it was a replacement for your 86ed item!? I did not enjoy the experience and likely will not return.

   Kitchen was very behind so food took over an hour to come out From the time we ordered and was very undercooked. Could not eat and it was too late to send back. Manager wanted to recook another meal but we declined due to it being too late and over 2 hours sitting there.

   Started off the evening for my wife's birthday at Firebirds. Made reservations ahead of time so we were quickly seated. However, there was still long spans of time between courses. Our whole meal ended up being over 2 hours. My wife started with a BLT salad and was quickly put off as she found a bug in her salad. We just shook it off and moved on from the salad after mentioning it to the waiter. We mentioned my wife's allergies beforehand but they still brought her birthday dessert smothered in strawberry sauce and strawberries which we told them she was allergic to ahead of time. The steaks were cooked perfectly but honestly the sides have more flavor. We really enjoyed their selection of cocktails. The honey passion fruit Moscow mule was exceptional! As well as the lemon drop which my wife preferred. All in all decent steaks but not worth the money in my book.

   Tristan was an exceptional server at FireBirds. If you order a cocktail, be sure to order a floater or extra shot unless you like a weak drink. My wife is a chef from Italy so I'm spoiled, but the food wasn't bad by American standards.

   We arrived and was seated on time over an hour before we needed to leave for our show, and informed our waiter. The soup not only did not come out first, but was never served. The Chops, Salmon and whatever pasta dish the other couple received tasted great, but the pasta dish was wrong. The scaloped potatoes we really good but under cooked. We had to quickly eat our food as it was late. I have gone to Firebirds many times in Ohio and has been awesome. I beleive this was more of a inexperienced server issue.

   Disappointing compared to previous visits pretty much across the board. Appetizer of Lobster/Spinach dip was tasty but the chips were kind of stale. My ribeye was cooked too rare (I should have sent it back) and the steak was more grisly and fatty than a ribeye should be. Service was fine except we never got bread and didn't remember if it came with the meal. We saw another table get it so we think it should have come but didn't see the bread until we were about finished. So, I think that we missed that. The meal was mediocre overall.

   Do not go for the prime rib. Steak very poor look and quality. The $39 option was very good for the rest of us. Salmon and chicken. Salads and bread pudding very good too. Size super.

   Nice vibe at Firebirds. A convenient place to meet. Good drinks. Good but not memorable food. Steaks were ok but not up to the hype presented. Sides were good... some hot others had cooled to room temp. Salmon was just ok. The Combination dinner offerred at $39 seems to be a good value, but if I go back to Firebirds, I'd stick with a burger! Service was a bit slow but our server was charismatic and atttentive.

   The waitress was good (& apologetic) but the food took well over 30 minutes to arrive and one of the orders was missing a steak.

    Reservation at 7 got seated immediately, ordered by 7:15 all food items. Got appetizer at 7:30. Got entrees at 8:30. Not a complaint just factual statements.
