The restaurant is named after the iconic fire tower that sits atop Stratton Mountain, where many generations of skiers and riders have made the hike to the summit. Nestled in the heart of Stratton Village, our restaurant and tavern emanates the spirit of the mountain, with a modern, fun twist.
We offer carefully curated fare, hand crafted cocktail, Vermont craft beers and
an extensive wine list.
-Dinner reservations are highly recommended. We do not accept lunch reservations, all tables are first come first serve. For reservations for parties larger than 6 people, please email us at firetowerstratton@gmail.com.
*Children 15 years and younger must be seated at a table with an adult, children may not sit at a table without an adult present.
*For cancellations or no shows within 24 hours of reservation a charge of $15/pp will be applied to credit card on file.

    We go to this restaurant a few times per ski season. Tonight we tried something new: we ordered 3 small plates, a salad with chicken, and a smash burger to split among our table of 3 people. It was the perfect amount of food and the tab was not as outrageous as when we all order entrees. I find the apps here to be more interesting than the entrees so small plate style is the way we will go from now on.

    The entire meal at Fire tower was exceptional from the Spicy Beef empanada to the last bites of Dirty Chai Cake. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to anticipate any needs that we may have had.

    All of their menus are clearly marked GF. So, it came as a surprise when my daughter who has celiac disease ordered chicken wings, which were marked GF, and the server mentioned they don’t have a dedicated fryer. They also got our orders wrong and broke a drinking glass on our table. Glass went flying at our faces and fell into our laps. I get it, things happen, but I would have expected them to comp the drink they spilled or a dessert. Well, no such luck. Extremely overpriced for the quality of service and food.

    The food is amazing! We were able to get a reservation using the Notify me feature on OpenTable and we are so happy we did!
