We are pleased to bring traditional Italian food from our family to Flower Mound. Fiori, Italian for Flowers, is named in honor of our grandmothers, who gave us their love for great food in their kitchens and restaurants. One of which bears the name of the most famous pizza in Italy the “Margherita” meaning Daisy. We stay true to our recipes and techniques that have been passed down for generations from Italy. We have perfected the traditions in America at our great Uncle Sal’s Restaurant in New York. The photo below shows our father in the early 80’s learning the family pizza and pasta recipes from our famous Uncle Sal. Our father and grandmother Josephine still operate a restaurant in Arizona that is noted as the best Italian restaurant in Phoenix. We are the third generation of our family to share this special part of our family with our guest. Our menu moves seasonally from the spicy summers of Sicily to the hearty winter fare of Northern Italy.

Food and atmosphere were outstanding, as was Jake, our server. He made an excellent recommendation for our wine selection and was highly attentive during our time at Fiori's.

This was a wine pairing dinner that missed the mark. It consisted of five small plates of food. The first course was a small charcuterie board that had a few slices of prosciutto, salami, olives, tomato jam and bread. The next course was a very dense, undercooked, homemade gnocchi with a pumpkin sauce. It tasted like raw potato. The next course was another homemade pasta dish with mushrooms. Again it was undercooked, not al dente, it was chewy and doughy. Next was a polenta with chuck steak served with a red sauce and horseradish drizzle. That was awful. Overcooked piece of meat about the size of a half a dollar. The sauces conflicted with each other and were out of place. Dessert was a homemade mini cannoli. Mediocre at best. The wine was ok nothing great but not terrible. My wife and I spent $250 bucks with the tip and felt like for the money they could have done better. The best part of the night was sitting with a group of lovely people who made the evening fun. They were regulars at the restaurant and also commented that the food is typically better than what was served that night.

I love Fiori. Everytime I’ve been it’s been a great experience. Last night was just off a little. My husband had lasagna and my daughter had pizza. Both were over cooked. But still good. I had chicken parm with veggies, it was amazing!

Couldn’t say enough good things about Fiori. The food was truly amazing, some of the best, freshest pasta I’ve ever had. The drinks are strong and the atmosphere is as perfect for a Friday night. We have just found our favorite Italian restaurant and have already booked to come back.

My wife and I went for date night. $40 for two salads, a pizza and a bottle of wine. Great deal and everything was outstanding. I highly recommend going here!

We had a large party (9) - but the service was excellent. Our server extremely attentive - and when combined with really good food, our visit to Fiori made for an outstanding celebration.

We have been a fan. Last night was disappointing. Our server was fantastic, she was great. Garlic cheese bread was very good. Ravioli was hard and lasagna not good at all. Wine selection very limited

Our dinner was excellent! The service was very good . The Beet Salad was tart and tasty . Our main entrees were the salmon and baked roughy . Excellent meals . I highly recommend the dishes and of course , the restaurant .
