We are pleased to bring traditional Italian food from our family to Flower Mound. Fiori, Italian for Flowers, is named in honor of our grandmothers, who gave us their love for great food in their kitchens and restaurants. One of which bears the name of the most famous pizza in Italy the “Margherita” meaning Daisy. We stay true to our recipes and techniques that have been passed down for generations from Italy. We have perfected the traditions in America at our great Uncle Sal’s Restaurant in New York. The photo below shows our father in the early 80’s learning the family pizza and pasta recipes from our famous Uncle Sal. Our father and grandmother Josephine still operate a restaurant in Arizona that is noted as the best Italian restaurant in Phoenix. We are the third generation of our family to share this special part of our family with our guest. Our menu moves seasonally from the spicy summers of Sicily to the hearty winter fare of Northern Italy.

Our party of 8 was decently taken care of...large group and nice young lady. Food was mediocre and a bit less consistent than from what others who have visited said. We had been once before and noted food was similar to first visit. We would return, but likely only if a large group was attending.

So thrilled to have another fabulous Italian restaurant in Clayton. The evening was wonderful and I would highly recommend you make a reservation soon!

When a waitress takes your order without writing it down has proven to me you’ll have issues. Sure enough super waitress did it again. 90% of the time it’s not written down will result in the wrong food being brought to the table, thus causing others to wait, food to sit or get cold, all because the wait-staff won’t write order down. This was again an awkward wait until the correct food was brought, THE THIRD TIME. BACKS UP THE KITCHEN AS WELL!!! Stop with the oh, I can remember all this!

We visited on Christmas Eve, when it was PACKED. The appetizers came out one or two at a time and it took longer for meals to arrive. The service and food were outstanding and we can’t wait to explore more of the menu. Food preparation and cooking were perfect and the flavors were delicious.

We went here for our anniversary. We had never been here before and loved it. They made a special flower arrangement just for us and gave us a real nice dessert with champagne. They do a date night dinner on tuesdays. It’s a bottle of wine and pizza for two. We are definitely going to go back and try the pizza. Really cute place with great service.

Food and atmosphere were outstanding, as was Jake, our server. He made an excellent recommendation for our wine selection and was highly attentive during our time at Fiori's.
