Fiona’s was an excellent dining experience. All the staff made us feel like home. We truly enjoyed the great food and wonderful atmosphere.

Awful. The food was ok but everything else was bad. We were giving a bill with the final amount, containing our food and drinks + an unidentifieable 4,30£. Only after asking, the lady informed us that this was the tip and is optional. The staff was friendly until this point so I decided to tip, however I regretted my decision really fast, since 5 minutes later the waitress came up to us and kicked us out!!!!!! After one hour of us being there and despite having a reservation! Because "brunch should only take one hour"!? In what world?? Rude.

Oh! So very sorry to read you didn't enjoy our brunch today. It is the busiest time of the year for us, so apologies if it felt hurried... We just have a lot of hungry happy people to look after today in the run up to Christmas. Our service charge is always optional and we will remind everyone today to make sure they say that. As I'm sure you've read, we have lots of very happy people join us all the time and we are sorry that you didn't have a great time with us today, it is always disappointing to read that, but thank you for bringing this to our attention. As it's an anonymous Open Table review, we can't do much more but apologise and wish you all the very best for 2025. Thank you.

I returned to this place after six months, having visited only twice before. Yet, they not only remembered me but recalled exactly the type of food I ordered, the syrup I preferred, the accompaniment, and even my favourite spot in the room. These people seem to belong to another time. Simply put, I love this place. Here, time stands still, and everything is as it should be. Even location is perfect in between the two nicest parks ever: Holland&Kensington

I had read great things about this place when I was researching eateries in Kensington/Chelsea neighborhoods and we were not disappointed! Everything about ffiona’s was superb - the food, the service and the ambience were second to none. I can’t wait for my next trip to London so I can dine here again. Thank you Fiona and Altheah for your warm hospitality.

I love it here at Ffionas! Love love love the amazing delicious food my favorite is the chicken kiv the best in the world! The food is all made fresh from the appetizer the salad the main course and the desserts!!! The owner and the staff is always so friendly so welcoming makes you feel like home the cocktails so delicious! Atmopshere ambience is so beautiful and welcoming! Life love love this place I recommend it if you in London or in kenningston area! Can’t wait to be back! Thank you Ffiona and staff! The best!
