We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

Great experience at Fattoria in Avon…they have an excellent wine list, and Josh helped us make a selection to pair with dinner. We both enjoyed our pasta dinners. Josh’s attention to detail during our meal was superb.

This is my favorite restaurant in Avon! The service is outstanding, and the food is absolutely amazing. The cacciatore and lasagna are especially delicious—highly recommend!

Every aspect of this restaurant is excellent. We’ve lived in and made 15 visits throughout Italy and from this experience we can say Fattoria is an authentic Italian food, wine and dining experience! First, the house made focaccia and bread sticks were delicious. The Zuppa di Fagioli Bianchi (white bean soup) was beautiful and soul nourishing. We fought over the Caesar wedge with parmesan crisps. Highlight was the Tortellini Di Coniglio; braised rabbit with tender tortellini just like eating in Bologna! Service was impeccable! Salute Fattoria!

Fantastic food, wonderful team from very front of house, to the bar, to our servers. Just top notch. Great range of interesting wines and Italian classics. Can’t wait to return!

The experience here was great. The owner does a great job entertaining and making you feel at home. Couldn’t say enough about how great this place is. The food was excellent.

We love Fattoria! We try to eat here every time we are in town! The food is delicious and the staff is welcoming and friendly! It is in a super convenient location and is nice and warm in the winter and plenty cool in the summer!

Awesome food, service, and handled options for our kids great. Big fan of Fattoria! This is a place we can’t wait to come back to and we don’t often say that about dining in mountain towns…

This is my fav restaurant when visiting beaver creek. Always exceptional meals. The charcuterie was the best cheese and meats I've ever had! Bolognese was phenomenal. Drinks are great here too and the service!
