Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will incur a fee equivalent to the full rental fee. Igloos seat 2-6 people with no time limit so that you may enjoy the full holiday parade. 24% auto gratuity on Food & Beverage will be added for your convenience. In the event your reservation has to be cancelled due to weather, your rental fee will be deferred to a date of your choosing. No smoking or vaping in igloos or on patio.

Service war leider unterirdisch, der Kellner vergaß ständig bestellte Dinge zu bringen, statt 6 Austern kamen nur 5 - was ihm aber nicht aufgefallen war, woraufhin der Teller neu gemacht werden musste. Zum Tee hatte er keinen Löffel und keinen bestellten Honig dabei. Während des gesamten Essens wurde nicht ein einziges Glas oder ein Teller abgeräumt. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir eine Booth hatten. Die Qualität der Speisen und Cocktails war gut, dem Preis angemessen.

If you’re looking for a magical dining experience in Richmond, the Winter Wonderland Igloos at Fall Line Kitchen & Bar in the Marriott Hotel are an absolute must! From the enchanting setting to the impeccable service and phenomenal food, our visit was unforgettable. The igloos are cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfect for any occasion. They made us feel like we were dining in a private winter oasis! The food and drinks were incredible. The seasonal drinks were uniquely crafted by their talented server staff—a cool and personal touch that made the experience even more special. Each drink was a delightful surprise, and we couldn’t get enough! As for the food, everything we ordered was on point. The Japanese-inspired deviled eggs were a unique twist on a classic, and they were absolutely wonderful. The porcini-rubbed steak was cooked to perfection—scrumptious and full of flavor. The French onion soup came in a generous portion and was everything you could hope for on a chilly evening—rich, hearty, and delicious. We also added a side of asparagus, which was perfectly cooked, shareable, and the ideal complement to the meal. To top it all off, the service was exceptional. Jess, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel so welcome. She had great recommendations and added a personal touch to the evening. The general manager also stopped by our igloo a couple of times to check in, which really showed their dedication to making sure every guest has an amazing experience. From the stunning ambiance to the incredible food and standout service, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Richmond. Thank you, Fall Line Kitchen & Bar, for an unforgettable evening—we’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant is the epitome of excellence! The interior is absolutely beautiful. It's immaculate, with a decor that is warm & charming. The ambiance is serene & lovely. We went on Thanksgiving night. For such a busy night, the service was amazing. Every member of the staff that we encountered, was welcoming, friendly, & exceptionally professional. The food was outstanding! I had the roasted chicken & my husband had the steak. Both dishes were incredibly delicious! Fresh food that was prepared to perfection and beautifully presented. We were so happy with the lovely dining experience we had and we thank each & every wonderful staff member. This restaurant is not to be missed while in Richmond, VA.

Great food and friendly staff. Very noisey in the dinning room and had a hard time hearing the server. Also, they have exterior doors for patio seating that blasts interior diners with cold air. Very nice place overall to eat. One of the apps was undercooked and sent back without issue. Not a negative in terms of overall quality of food. Misfires happen. Will definitely come back, really enjoyed the Miso Halibut, and other party members spoke highly of the shrimp and grits and short ribs.

Service was excellent. Came here for my birthday and the staff was very kind. We loved our server. Unfortunately we weren't thrilled with the food. While everything was plated beautifully and the food options were plentiful... we just weren't wowed by anything we ate. My halibut was smothered in sauce, we could hardly taste the crab in the crab hush puppies and a few of the other items were blah. Wasn't bad but wouldn't recommend.

The ambiance of the restaurant was great. The food all looked promising, but was either improperly cooked or overly buttered and greased. Host staff was wonderful but wait staff didn’t refresh my coffee or bother to ask. Additionally they did not ask if we wanted or needed anything else and simply delivered the check. We would have entertained more but after that gesture simply paid and left.
