   Our server overcharged for our food. When we discovered this after we left the restaurant, we returned to get reimbursed, but he refused.

   We specifically specified in our booking that we would like the afternoon tea (as it asks you to do) and when we got there in time for our booking at 3:30 on Saturday we were told that there were no sandwiches left. Really disappointing and a let down. Given that they appeared completely unaware of our request, I also assume they were unaware that someone in the booking had a serious allergy (which we also put on the booking), which is deeply concerning. They were unapologetic and the service was subsequently a little off hand. The ambience was nice and the food we ended up having was ok, but we didn't get what we came for and requested which was a real shame.

   It was my first experience the food was great but the service was very very bad The manager in this branch was very rude she is arab when she served non arab people the service is great but when she served us it was bad. We asked for tissue it’s supposed to put the tissue is good way on the side of the table but the way she gave it to us was throwing it on the food plates with very rude way. I heard that this branch is bad but didn’t imagine this bad and tgeir is no place to put a complaint

   Lovely lunch to celebrate a members birthday. Food is good quality, portions are very generous! All the staff then surprised the team member with a song of Happy Birthday and cake. Only improvement is the staff need to be a little more attentive, we did have to catch their attention to order drinks while we waited for the other guest to arrive.

   Really good food, generous portions and the staff were lovely. Great variety of food, we're not big eaters so there's plenty of reasons to come back and try the rest of it

   Hi We booked this place three weeks ago and were looking forward but it wasn’t what we expected. As soon we arrived we have been told we had 1 hour 15 minutes time to stay, in the booking was said 2 hours It wasn’t very good start & not warm welcome Our coffee was really cold & the money we paid for food we were more expected from stuff We were still eating & someone came to say we don’t have too much time left . When we were leaving we wanted to take some pictures, we asked one of your staff & he said he is busy, we felt that they just wanted us to leave as soon as possible. We won’t come back again & won’t recommend to anyone.

    I managed to get a booking on my way in. The venue is lovely, staff were friendly, service was great and our waitress was very pleasant. Only feedback I have is the over use of phones where people are constantly taking selfie which is offputtinh but that is no reflection on the venue or staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our brunch.
