Always wanted to try this restaurant, the decor and the menu always looked outstanding as well as the wine list. We had high expectations coming in, and we were there to dine, not just eat a meal. Expectations were exceeded and we will be back again. The food the service and total atmosphere was fantastic. What a place to have in Thornbury, just excellent!

Surprised with this gem hidden away at 2 hours north of Toronto , we stumbled into it because of last minute reservations for new years , but what a surprise from the ambiance, to the decor and the welcoming service from front door to servers at the back more private area a 5 start from our family definitely will be going back with more time

Great cocktails and delicious food. Caesar salad and the steak tartare were great and we loved the gnocchi special. Talia, our server, was wonderful and sitting at the bar was the perfect spot for New Years Eve.

Five talkative food lovers had the most fabulous time last night! The service was impeccable, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. We always have the best night at this amazing restaurant. We will be back over and over!

Pizza was a little burnt but the pasta was great. Would recommend, great ambience and excellent service.

Allison and the staff at Fabricca were fantastic as always! One of my favourite restaurants, my husband and I go here regularly. They consistently have the best food and change the menu and wine list to keep it current and new.

It was not my first time at Fabbrica in Thornbury and the food was great. Our server was great and attentive. My rating reflects the host. Our reservation was at 5:30 and I did arrive at 5:45 because we got stuck on the road getting out of The Village in Blue Mountain, with a stalled car blocking traffic. When I arrived I apologized and the host proceeded to tell me they already had 'no-showed me" as they only give a 10 minute grace, was irritated we were there and then rudely says, " well there is another reservation for that table at 7:30", I said ok. And she proceeded to instruct someone else to seat us. Not a smile. Clearly we were unwelcome. Me and my boyfriend were their on a date - my boyfriend had never been there and I felt really embraced. I understand reservations, and timelines, but sometimes things happen on the road out of our control and when there is the table available, as there were several open tables until we left, I don't see how such a nice restaurant has the necessity to treat it's customers so rudely. Understanding and kindness goes a long way. It put a dark cloud over our evening. So I will think twice about going back.
