We had a party of six fun, crazy ladies . The ambience was wonderful and the food was incredible. I would highly recommend some of the appetizers: grilled octopus, the meatballs, the beat salad and brussels sprout salad. The noise level was extremely loud as was the music so they could tone that down just a tad but overall, I would go back again just for the food and ambience.

EVO Scottsdale exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the tone for an incredible dining experience. But what truly made the night exceptional was our server—attentive, knowledgeable, and providing a level of service that could rival even Michelin-starred restaurants. Every recommendation was spot-on, and their attention to detail made the meal even more enjoyable. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor, and perfectly balanced. The only disappointment was that they were out of the Panna Cotta, which I was really looking forward to—but with everything else being so outstanding, it was hard to dwell on it for too long. EVO is a must-visit for anyone looking for top-tier Italian cuisine and impeccable service in Scottsdale. I’ll definitely be back!

My fiancée and I absolutely love this restaurant and also their North Scottsdale location. Each has their own unique feel and design but the food is equally amazing at both. YOU HAVE TO TRY IT!

I love this restaurant. We just moved to the area and it was my second time coming in. I brought my boyfriend (who had never been) with me for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, we were shoved in a corner booth with a table of 6-7 people directly in front of us. Their table was practically touching ours. They were extremely loud and it was hard for us to hear. We are not usually ones to complain as we are very easy going. However, we saw there were multiple other tables open that we could’ve been seated at. On top of that our server (although she was really nice) seemed to have been rushing us out. As I was still eating my entree she asked if I needed a box to go. We were there for exactly an hour and sadly didn’t quite enjoy our time. The food was amazing but the experience was lacking.
