   There were two of us out on a date night. Ordered the Evelyn’s signature tasting menu with wine pairings which is something new they are trying out. Overall, the food was awesome. To the tune of a one star Michelin restaurant. Service was good. Had one glass of wine that was off/bad and this was immediately corrected. Everything was cooked perfectly. My fiancé is Arabic and was impressed with the food as was I. My only complaints are 1. Seating was rough. Small outdoor couches are pushed together and very uncomfortable as they tend to separate. We could have sat in the actual chairs but then would not have had the partial ocean view which is one of the allures. This could have also been fixed with sitting inside but it was a super nice day out and decided against it. 2. There were a lot of kids. Not that kids can’t come to a restaurant but we live in the era of iPads and iPhones and the kids literally sitting 3 feet from me had their devices volume cranked to highest setting and the parents didn’t really care. This definitely distracted from the experience and the ambiance of a nice dinner date. Not sure how this can be addressed without making parents upset but it should be addressed. 3. The menu was on the pricier side. I have no problem spending money on good food, however, I think for what you get it’s a little on the higher side. Everything was presented well but given the ambiance and the layout I think it could be a little lower. It is in the Four Seasons so I get that’s why you’re paying a premium. We paid approx $250 a person. The wines were good with generous servings but nothing bougie. If they get a Michelin star I think the prices would be justified. Overall, if you’re looking for well-prepared Mediterranean/Arabic food with good service this place should be at the top of your list in FLL. Be prepared to spend $200/pp with drinks and maybe sit inside for a better experience.

   Best restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. Exquisite food, beautiful patio and excellent and friendly service. Our main course took longer than expected but it wasn't even a problem for us. Our waiter offered 4 glasses of Champagne on the house. Absolutely worth every Cent.

   They must’ve been very busy, as it was very difficult to get the attention of the waiters throughout the evening. Please make a note of it for future reference; as we were both visiting from Chicago, Illinois and San Diego, California. This was our first time at the restaurant, and we had been recommended by friends to check it out. I hope that we have a better experience next time, as the food and service were not great. Thank you.

   Excellent service and excellent food! The oysters were amazing and the salmon skewers were cooked perfectly. We sat outside which was not as nice as the indoor tables but the service remained excellent. Would recommend and will definitely come back next time we travel here!
