Warm yourself by our fireplace in the first in a series of whiskey tasting events hosted in partnership with Beam Suntory, featuring select choices from their Maker's Mark catalogue. Priced at $65 per person (+20% gratuity), enjoy a guided tasting of three offerings from Maker's Mark accompanied by choice snacks from our kitchen.

MINIMUM SPEND OF $600 (prior to tax and gratuity) We look forward to hosting you at Evangeline. We have allocated a maximum dining period of two hours for each reservation. Your booking reserves a small area combined of seating and standing room for your guests. Each party will be greeted with a glass of bubbles along with a cheese platter and accompaniments, marinated olives, and East Coast oysters ($45 per person). Wine, signature cocktails & extra snacks are available to order a la carte and charged upon consumption. Your non-refundable deposit will go towards your food and beverage minimum spend of $600 prior to tax and 20% gratuity. One bill required.
