    Joseph did an excellent job as our server! He was friendly and attentive, as was his support staff. The menu was not appealing, which is why we likely won’t return.

    Food Was Exemplary! Server wanted to turn over table fast because we weren't drinking, made us order everything at once , we felt rushed. Bussers and other staff were very helpful and polite Ambiance was Super Loud / DJ had the House Music Pumping. If this is your thing you found your spot, if you want to talk to the person in front of you find somewhere else to eat. Again, Food was Outstanding. FOOD: 5 out 5 (Our Experience 3 out of 5 Stars)

    Our experience at Etta was ok. We had a reservation and were seated right on time. They have plenty of staff and our order was taken quickly and drinks came right out. When we asked for suggestions, our server was very vague and only suggested the most expensive menu items. We ended up deciding on the flaming burrata- which was out of this world, the Wagu skillet steak- which was tough and chewy and brought to us not hot, and the spicy rigatoni- which was good, but way overpriced. We had a hard time getting our server’s attention after our orders were taken. Overall it is a nice restaurant, they just need a little work on customer service and getting food out when it’s hot.

    First time back since redesign and loved the atmosphere in the side dining area. Staff was friendly and helpful, meals were delicious. Flaming Burrata was delicious. Parmesan Truffle Crusted Filet was mouth melting. Spicy Rigatoni was light and spicy. Grilled asparagus very tasty. If enjoy a bottle of wine, offerings were extensive but expensive…lowest bottle of Cabernet was $95, just some limiting options for some.

    Excellent food and service. We ate at the bar and the staff were very courteous and professional. The Wagyu steak and Bronzino were very good.

    i love etta and choose this place anytime i have family or friends in town. eddie, bryan and the rest of the staff are so welcoming and work together to create the perfect dining experience! will definitely be back again and again and again!

    Remodel of the restaurant is beautiful and our server was friendly and helpful,as we had guests with us that had not been there before. Unfortunately things went downhill from there! I was given a bar menu,but was seated in the dining room,after I choose a item ,I was told I couldn’t order from that menu,..ok ,we were requested to order everything at one time so that the staff could space out the dining experience. We received the salad and entrees at the same exact time,wasn’t even room on the table to eat comfortably! Little gem salad was very good,oysters were great,the chicken dish was soso and the two pasta dishes were bland.mussels just passing,…very disappointed! In the past our meals here have been good to very good,not so much now.

    I hate leaving bad reviews but.. tonight is the night I do. I’ve eaten here in the past and always loved it. Tonight our server forgot our appetizer, the food came out first then served us our appetizer and acted like it was no big deal. She didn’t even take it off the bill! My pasta bolognese had zero meat in it, not to mention the pasta was stuck together and half of it raw, my friends meatball had a hair in it, the lobster was just meh, didn’t taste so fresh, and our flaming burrata truly uneventful and cold! We didn’t complain, we paid and left but I’ll never eat there again. Sorry Etta, 1 star is all you get.
