   Stayed in citysuites few months ago, and stayed citysuites 2 lastnight, had breakfast this morning was brilliant 👏

   Very slow service & too long a wait to be seated with not enough staff to accommodate number of diners! Waited 40 minutes for just a juice, after waiting 20 minutes to be seated after arranged booking time.

   20 mins to order. 40 mins until a coffee arrived. Fruit juice never arrived. Food was good but egg was freezing cold. Didn't complain as was no point. All round a bad experience. Visited yesterday and waitress told me my intolerance to milk was a preference!!

   The service for hot drinks whilst waiting for breakfast is very slow . We had to ask 3 times where our drinks were before they arrived.

   Had a fantastic breakfast this morning, beautifully presented and piping hot, everything was cooked fresh and tasted perfect! Would definitely recommend as part of a stay in the hotel! But remember to pre book....

   Terrible experience - spent £25 on an omelette that looked like it had been flattened by a car. Staff rude and unhelpful when we asked for a refund despite staying at the hotel. Wouldn’t go back - too busy and not enough staff to accommodate hotel guests.

    Our group of 4 ate here at 9:00 on a Saturday morning as part of the overnight package with city suites. We were placed on a lovely large round table and told how the breakfast works. We ordered hit and cold drinks which came quickly and the food followed behind. English breakfasts, eggs florentine and the continental were outstanding. Staff friendly and place is clean, fancy and an absolute treat!! Thank you 🙏🏼
