Ein schönes Restaurant, leider waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Der uns platzierende Kellner wollte uns den schlechtesten Tisch im Raum zuweisen, da hätte man eigentlich direkt wieder gehen sollen. Dann war er allerdings doch damit einverstanden, dass wir einen schönen Tisch am Fenster wählten. Wir blieben die einzigen Gäste. Die Kellnerin, die uns bediente, war außergewöhnlich freundlich und sympathisch. Wir wählten als Vorspeise einen sehr guten Kale Caesar Salad, als Hauptgerichte das Springer Mountain Chicken Milanese und die Duck Bolognese Pappardelle - beides sehr gut. Somit insgesamt doch noch ein recht guter Abend in einem leider leeren Restaurant.

The chicken parm was really good. The Caesar salad was off-putting. It was so overflowing that there was no way to eat it without pieces of the salad and grated Parmesan getting all over the table. Aside from that it seemed really underdressed. I kind of felt that both I and the restaurant lost a little on that one. Me on the price and experience of messy work to pretty much taste lettuce. The restaurant lost on unoptimized food cost. Maybe the same quantity of dressing on half the lettuce would have been tastier. Service was attentive and friendly.

Ella’s is one of our “go-to’s” when attending events in downtown Nashville. Always the best service and food. Can almost always get a reservation. Perfect location if you’re going to the Schermerhorn.

They were out of arugula when we were there so I had what tasted like an iceberg lettuce salad instead and a deep fried and over cooked chicken cutlet

Wouldn't go back. Menu is small, the place is misrepresented on the pictures as being 'stand alone', this is basically just a hotel bar they rebranded right off the lobby. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I like or care about. Food was pretty garbage, salty as hell, and I've never actually said that before. Service was sub-par, environment was noisy and lacks privacy. Definitely don't take a date here, you'll embarrass yourself.

We went for brunch, hoping to have an amazing experience with the restaurant being a celebrity chef restaurant. I was extremely disappointed as the food was subpar. The bacon was hard and dried out and my eggs were overcooked. I wasn’t eating the egg yolk anyway I decided not to send them back and just eat the whites. But overall, very disappointed. I had high expectations. One thing to know our server was very sweet and did a good job.

Slightly below average Italian restaurant. Pizza was delicious, fried mozzarella was ok if slightly undercooked and the pastas were gummy and dry. Service was solid and friendly. Would skip this restaurant unless you were staying in the hotel.
