Das nur an 1 Abend pro Woche geöffnete Elizabeth's Gone Raw bietet Ihnen jeden Freitagabend ein außergewöhnliches kulinarisches Erlebnis. In unserer wunderschönen Örtlichkeit erhalten Sie dann zum Festpreis ein rohes, veganes Degustationsmenü. Jeder Gang wurde so kreiert, dass das tieferliegende Wesen der lebendigen Nahrungsmittel hervortritt. Die durchdachten Speisen werden mit viel Phantasie und einer Auswahl an saisonalen Bio-Produkten zubereitet. Jedes Gericht verfügt über viele Aromen, Farben sowie Texturen, Dabei werden die rohen Zutaten so kombiniert, dass sie sowohl gesund als auch innovativ sind. Alle unsere "Käsesorten" bestehen aus einer Mischung an frischen Kräutern, gekeimten Nüsse und Samen.

                      Linsey st the front desk Spencer our server couldn’t have been nicer. The food was great and we really enjoyed ourselves . We had a great meal there years ago and when we were discussing coming to Washington we both thought let’s go back and I’m very glad we did

                      We were a group of six -- a mini family reunion inc. cousins who'd not met in decades and two visiting from the UK. I was worried we might have been too loud but all the other tables seemed engrossed in their own conversations .The food was gorgeous, colourful & delicious. Service was outstanding. Everything was perfect!

                      This was the best restaurant experience of my life. Our young waiter was a total pro; the sommelier enhanced the experience of every drink pairing; and the food was among the most delicious, and fun, and creative I’d ever experienced. You are paying for what you get; but you are getting what you pay for. A flawlessly premium experience. Still floored the next day in memory at the very apparent talent on display last night.

                      Incredible culinary experience- dining here is truly a treat. The service is on point, the food always impresses me with the flavors they bring together, and if you’re able to add on the wine pairing, it’s a great experience.

                      We’ve been coming to Elizabeth’s for Valentine’s Day for more than ten years in a row, for good reason. First, it’s romantic, with wonderful ambiance, thoughtful preset menu options, and lovely service. Second, of course it’s delicious, but in a ways that’s at once a surprising culinary treat while also leaving you full but somehow healthier than when you arrived. If you don’t question, “how did they do that” about their vegan dishes at least a couple times throughout the meal, you just weren’t eating mindfully. And lastly, it’s a consistent, local staple that we can count on, down to Elizabeth herself facilitating things and stopping by the table in the most humble and thoughtful of ways. This place should have a Michelin Star.
