   Waited 45 minutes to get seated with a reservation made and asked nicely what the wait was. Got told they were waiting for a party to leave so they can clean a table. We thought it was staffing or busy. Neither seemed to be the issue once we got back there. We were sat at 2 small tables with a party of 8, then the waiter said “let me just pull more tables together” as if we didn’t just wait for 45 minutes due to lack of tables. It was incredibly hot and not sure if the ac wasn’t working but we didn’t want to complain. Then it took a total of 35 minutes to get drinks. We had a toddler with us. Appetizer came out cold after waiting 40 minutes. We ended up asking for the check and then a manager attempted to bargain with us saying they could shift 2 waiters for our table, get our order and food out within 10 minutes. We politely declined. Then it took 15 minutes to get the check. I have never left a bad review and I did tip the waiter regardless of the situation but for the first time in my life, growing up in El Paso, it was hard not to think that our party of 8 white people, had something to do with it. I’ve always enjoyed my experiences here but after this, I will not go back.

   Service was mid. He wasn’t bad but he wasn’t great. I came alone and I’ve been in the service industry for 10+ years so I’m pretty lenient when it comes to service. Food was good and well seasoned.

   Food was amazing service was ok wish it was a bit better waiter seemed like he had a lot of tables so I understood .

   We went for the buffet and it did not disappoint. The food was very good, although the red chilaquiles weren't as warm as I would have liked. The young man at the egg station made my 3 over medium eggs to perfection, and the homemade corn tortillas were delicious. Oscar made sure we had everything else we needed, getting us a delicious flan to top off our meal. We will definitely be partaking of the breakfast buffet again!

    I had a reservation for 7:15. I arrived around 6:50 and the restaurant was pretty busy. We checked in and the host said they would have us seated in 10 minutes. 10 minutes went by and we noticed that everyone who did not have a reservation was getting seated before us. I asked for the status they said there was one person ahead of us. 4 more people sat and I went up again and told them I was told I was supposed to be seated along time ago and why was it that everyone who did not have a reservation sat before us. They finally sat us down.
