Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. This was the best ever the food was great the service was good it was a bit of a wait on the food but it was packed in their so we understood our server was to cool and lay back love him and he gave my lady a rose for her birthday super nice will be back for sure

It was our first time at an Eddie Vs. The food and service was very good. I made reservations months ago as a surprise when they first opened for my husband’s birthday. They sat us in one of the private rooms in the back which was really quiet and away from the ambiance of the restaurant and the live music. A bit disappointing for the price and occasion.

Mick was an excellent server and the food was delicious! The Caesar salad could have used a bit more dressing (or more punch to it). The only issue we had is that once our appetizers came we had to wait a pretty long time for our main courses, dessert and bill. But, I know it’s the holidays so to be a bit expected but we were there a full two hours. That said food was great and we will be back.

Service was very good except bar service. They were totally overwhelmed. Next time I hope it’s better.

Vincent was amazing catering to my daughter for her birthday. He made sure she had a great birthday dinner and cocktail selection. I love the new look and feel of the seating room. Next time we will go for the entertainment even though I could hear the live band playing from the adjacent room.

Eddie V’s exceeded all of our expectations and provided an unforgettable dining experience for our entire family. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially paying extra attention to our two young daughters. They truly treated us like VIPs! The service was impeccable—our server was attentive, warm, and incredibly accommodating. They made thoughtful recommendations and even brought special treats and small surprises to delight our daughters, which made them feel so special. It’s rare to find a fine dining restaurant that is so family-friendly while maintaining such an elegant atmosphere. As for the food—absolutely incredible! Every dish was perfection. The seafood was fresh and flavorful, the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the sides were unique and delicious. Our daughters couldn’t stop raving about their meals, and the staff even brought out a beautifully presented dessert for them that made their night. Eddie V’s truly made us feel cared for and created a dining experience that we will remember for a long time. This is the kind of place where both the food and service shine, and they clearly go the extra mile to make every guest feel special. We can’t wait to come back!
