Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Always great service and food. My Patron Margarita was wonderful. I had the scallops and my husband had the filet. Both were perfectly prepared. And the lobster bisque was delicious.

The food was spectacular and prepared perfectly. The ambiance was great, the staff and service was over the top. Can't get any better.

We ate early so crowds were not a problem. My steak was undercooked. Medium rare came out mostly rare. Not the end of the world but I would expect better attention to temperature from a noted steak house.

Excellent service, pretty restaurant, nice live band but overall there are better steakhouses in the area for the cost. Food wasn’t special.

Our entree’s took about an hour to prepare and when they arrived my salmon was lukewarm and my spouse’s filet while cooked to the proper medium temperature but also not hot. Managers did visit our table to offer an apology and complementary glass of champagne. While we will probably return, it was a less than ideal experience.

We visited Eddie V’s last night for Christmas Eve dinner, and while the experience had some highlights, it fell short of expectations for a steakhouse of its caliber. We ordered the New York Strip, which was unfortunately average at best. The seasoning was underwhelming, and the steak lacked the signature charred crust you’d expect from a premium steakhouse, giving the impression it was cooked in an oven rather than seared properly. On the other hand, the sole was a standout dish—delicate, flavorful, and perfectly executed. The stone crabs were also on the menu, described as 6-8 ounces but seemingly closer to 4 ounces. While we understand that crab can be messy to eat, the quality and preparation didn’t quite match the high standards we expected. The calamari was another disappointment, as it lacked the flavor and crispness that typically make it a great appetizer. However, the Petrossian margarita was excellent, offering a refreshing and well-balanced cocktail. The highlight of the evening was the atmosphere. The live band provided a lovely ambiance, and depending on where you’re seated, you can enjoy a unique dining experience enhanced by the music. We sat near the windows, which gave us a nice view and a bit of distance from the noise, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, Eddie V’s is a good restaurant, but it doesn’t quite measure up to some of the other top-tier steakhouses in Boca Raton. While the environment and a few menu items were enjoyable, the inconsistencies in food quality make it hard to justify the price point for a return visit.
