    What an experience! Walked up to this basic square building kind of in the middle of nowhere in downtown Tampa. When we walked in it was anything but basic. We were seated along a long rectangular bar next to other couples but with enough space to still feel intimate. Unbeknownst to us, we were served and greeted by Chef Ebbe throughout our dinner! Dishes were unique. I can’t describe them but they tasted expensive. The whole experience was just so unique and it’s just another level of coolness when the head chef is interacting with you the whole time. Wines, food dessert were on par with other fine dining establishments but the experience was second to none one. Went there for my wife’s bday. If you email the chef 48 hrs before, he will make and change the menu to cater to your tastes and allergies like he did with my wife being a vegetarian. I can’t wait to go back. We did discovery but wished we did the higher level one.

    Great food and atmosphere. However, after spending so much money on food and wine pairings it was insulting to be charged $20 for still water. Otherwise, a great experience

    Really innovative and flavorful food. Corner seats at the bar/kitchen led to nice conversations for the four of us. Only two critiques, the wine pairing listed on the menu was not the wines we were offered and we weren’t told beforehand that they were not going to be the wines listed and two, the server had very little knowledge about the wines and clearly didn’t like be asked any questions about the wines

    Loved it. Hands down one of the best in Tampa Bay. What I expect from a Michelin 🌟 restaurant. It was very solid

    Best restaurant in Tampa! This was only our second visit to this restaurant, last time was six months ago, and when we walked in, Ebbe, the executive chef and owner recognized us and sat us down. Melissa, the waitress recognized us from last time we visited. Even stayed until closing time and took photos with Ebbe. Incredible food with unique menu that changes seasonally. I can't name a "best course," as they are all delectable with incredible flavors with each bite.

    The prepared menu was amazing. How each dish was plated showed how much thought was put into each dish. We really enjoyed the flavors and the surprise of each course. Definitely recommend, and will be returning.
