    This experience was underwhelming at best. The food quality as well as quantity REALLY didn’t match what you pay. Like, at all. We had a party of twelve- all different age ranges - and everyone felt the same way. For example, hubby and I ordered the chocolate fondue dessert that “serves two” and it was actually cold chocolate sauce with two (!) strawberries cut in quarters and four thin biscuits (not biscotti, as advertised) to dip. I’m not even exaggerating. For a whopping $16. Will not be back.

    This was my second disappointed visit to this location. The service was not good, the server was not friendly and didn’t come to see if we even needed anything after the food was brought to our table. I asked for another latte as mine tasted so milky and had extra foam, they did make a new but it tasted the same. The food was average and there was errors in the placed order. I would not recommend and would reconsider visiting again. I find the cafe/bakery and pizza/sandwiches to go are better than the restaurant.

    Great wood fired pizzas. Beet salad was really nice in a big portion. Fast attentive service. No complaints

    When we were seated on the table, there was left over food all over the floor around our table. We had to call the waiter to have it cleaned. I know it’s a restaurant food will fall, but when the hostess is going to prep the table isn’t it a basic courtesy to check if it really ready? We asked the hostess for another table since it was messy we were told that the restaurant is fully booked. Only 50% was occupied, that’s fully booked? Was extremely disappointed with the food. Ravioli was so under cooked and just drops of gravy on them. When asked to have it done properly, was told this is how it’s done here. This is NOT the first time I am eating Ravioli and certainly not the first time at Eataly, same location, but this one really had us disappointed big time.

    Overall great experience. Our server was outstanding and made the experience that much better. The music was notably very good.

    We were seated at a nice table. Our server was very friendly and efficient. We started with calamari and their sourdough bread and both were delicious. We both had pastas. My husband’s was good and mine was ok. We finished with a sorbet dessert and it was wonderful. Our food came surprisingly quickly! We enjoyed our time but it won’t become one of our go to restaurants.

    Been there several times, and had David F. as our waiter. Very professional, cordial definitely our go to place.

    Pasta too overpriced and not killer, small portion and not too tasty (for 29 dollars I expected more for a bolognese pasta that is essentially pasta, ground meat and tomato sauce). Good pizza but I have tried better ones. Not coming back again.

    We were disappointed in our dinner at Eataly Sherway for my husband’s birthday. We remember our first experience at Eataly in New York and this was nothing like it. It truly felt like a “mall” restaurant with bright lights and a large menu but not a lot of flavour in the food. We shared the mixed salad which didn’t have a very flavourful dressing and we had the polenta fritta which was very hard - over-cooked. My husband said his bolognaise lacked flavour as well. I had the gluten free broccoli and sausage pasta and it was ok, but I wouldn’t say it was great. However, our friends had pizza and they said it was very good. Also not a great system that pizzas come out at a different time than pastas. Half the table gets their food before the others. That might be acceptable when you have young kids at the table but not when it’s a table of adults. Dishes were also overpriced for what you get ($28 for a dish of pasta). Likely won’t be dining there again.

    Pizza was amazing. All the items were delicious, perfect portions, and quite delicious. Great value for the money! 10/10 recommend
