   My vegetables were cold, the steak was so cold that the truffle butter sauce didn’t melt. I should have sent it all back, but we had a nice server and she was busy.

   We needed a good dinner the evening we visited Earls and we were blown away with the food and service. But the service was amazing! We both commented on how Justine was great and we recently ate at a Michelin star restaurant and Justine put them to shame. Thanks for making an average night a fantastic night.

   We were sat in covered /heated area but got wet from roof. Let waitress know. Did not get moved. After 1 hour had to ask host to place order. When bottle corking took place, cork was ripped in two and had to be unopened after many attempts. Drinks were forgotten and wine had to be poured by us. When asked for take out box, it was also forgotten. Two birthdays to celebrate and disappointing.

   Overall “good” experience, but the service was not the best , there was a waitress who was offering us always drinks more expensive, and when we ask for the bill, we had to wait at least 40 minutes, i don’t remember exactly the name, but was an asian blonde girl, considering all these points, my points are 3 out of 5.
