    Great welcome when we arrived at our booth-there were pictures to colour for my two under 7 and crayons. Our super friendly server and her nice coworker who was in training, provided fantastic personable service. She provided us information when we asked her questions about the menu and etc. And our dishes were cleared quite quickly-at time a bit too quickly (my Winter Sangria was taken away before my last sip ☹️) The Hunan Kung Pao Chicken (my favourite for years) could of been better-not very much chicken (5 very small cubist pieces) and the noodles and chicken were hot (temperature) but the sautéd carrot slices on top of the noodles were stone cold. Left me a tad disappointed but still tasty. The Earls Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad dressing was delicious-very apparent with the flavour and appearance that real anchovies were utilized. Overall from the staple Chicken Tenders, Bacon Cheddar Burger, Caesar Salad and Kung Pao Chicken it was a great family dinner. Earls Tin Palace is a great space for family dinner, girls night out, celebrations and all other social gatherings over comfort food & drinks.

    The service was exceptional. But we ordered the crab cake and it had shells in it, that just put a kink on our appetite. The rest of the food was good.

    We had a great girls’ lunch today, as always. Food was fresh and tasty. Our server, Gabby was lovely and attentive. Perfect New Years Eve day lunch.

    Went for Sunday Brunch today and thoroughly enjoyed every part of the experience. The Crab Cake Benedict and the Virgina Ham Omelette were outstanding which were accompanied with a side salad. The young lady who waited our table was excellent. She knew her menu items and was very attentive. As always the coffee, with iced and regular were the start of a good morning and the rest of our day. All in all, my grandsons declared that the Tin Palace is now one of their favorite restaurants.

    We enjoyed our Happy Hour food and drink selections . The sushi taco appetizers were very good. The service was somewhat slow which was surprising as the restaurant wasn’t as busy as we had expected. The prices are a bit high for what you get. It was nice and quiet allowing our table to hear each other which was great.

    Staff went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. Food was delicious and the service was the best I have seen in a long time. It made heading out in the cold to downtown well worth it. Thank you Earls Tin Palace!
