   Our waiter Barbie was excellent. The food was good. The coconut Mojito I ordered was awful. I had to return it and replace it for a glass of wine . Unfortunately I witness a server putting his hands on an order of fries without a glove, he was adding fries to an order he was delivering. This was really disturbing and I did mention it to Barbie. Hopefully it was reported.

   I’ve enjoyed dining at your restaurant a few times in the past, but unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The music was excessively loud, making it hard to have a conversation. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, and the drinks were filled with so much ice that they were watered down almost immediately. This visit lacked the usual spirit and quality I’ve come to expect from your establishment. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously, as I’d love to return in the future and have a better experience.

   We had reservations for five people at 4 at Earls during what wasn’t a particularly busy time — many tables around us were empty. Despite that, it took over 10 minutes just to place our drink orders. Appetizers took longer than expected, and lunch wasn’t served until nearly 5 p.m., by which point we were starving and practically inhaled our meals. The service felt rushed and indifferent, as if they were doing us a favor. At one point, we were told the bar was backed up — even though half the restaurant was empty — and we were only waiting on two Cokes and a glass of wine. If it weren’t for how amazing the food was, the experience would have been truly frustrating. Nobody asked if we wanted coffee or dessert, which was disappointing. The food was truly excellent, but the slow and dismissive service would make us think twice before coming back.

   This seems to be a very popular Happy Hour place! Food and drinks were good. I don’t know if our server just had too many tables or what but we didn’t get much attention so never ordered second drinks and cancelled our dessert after it didn’t come out over 20 minutes after ordering….

   Food was outstanding and the service was FANTASTIC! Our servers were Sofia and Cole and they were wonderful Highly recommend this restaurant.

    Nice place, good food, service and ambience was great however be prepared to dish out money as the prices are on the expensive side. A burger is in the $24 range and a steak dinner will run you $60 and up.
