Eagle Brook Saloon is a classic American sports bar and restaurant. The restaurant itself features a Wild West type of setting, with saddles, swinging doors and other cowboy paraphernalia adorning the walls. One of the original owners was Russ Francis, an all-pro tight end for the New England Patriots. His connection has made this a hangout for the Patriots players and coaches, and it is not unusual to catch sight of them at the bar.

Eagle Brook Saloon serves hearty portions inspired by the Old West. Appetizers include the Boot Hill chili and the Carson City stew with beef and potatoes. The rest of the menu is divided up into burgers, sandwiches, poultry, beef, seafood, pizza and desserts.

    I asked for my steak tips rare or as close to rare as they do. The waitress said they can do rare... apparently not because they came out well done. Although the flavor was good, it was disappointing that they were cooked incorrectly and they were busy because it was Valentine's Day, so I just dealt with it. They were also cold and the broccoli had NO seasoning whatsoever. My boyfriend's food came out and there was tinfoil in it. The server was nice enough to take it off the bill, but he lost his appetite after that. The Jalepeno poppers were delicious and so was his cup of a stew. The server was not very attentive and we had to wait a very long time to do anything or get anything. Had to ask the runner for my salad dressing and when we sat down we were asked if we wanted to place an order for apps, but we had literally just sat and hadn't a minute to look at the menu. We said we needed a minute and got about 10. It was nice that we arrived a little earlier for our reservation and they were able to sit us right away.

    we saw an excellent singer and everyone enjoyed their meals. Fun place.

    Great experience. Staff was great and accommodated our much larger than expected group easily.

    Came in on a Friday night with another family - adults and 3 children under age 10. Staff and service was great, minor hiccup with our order but was resolved quickly and someone (assuming a manager) came to just say hi and apologize and make sure all was well. Wasn’t necessary but definitely good service. We like this place to bring kids because it’s noisy enough where they fit right in, even when spontaneous bouts of “creativity” set in. We’ll be back for sure.

    It was our first and last time eating at this restaurant. The food was very poor quality.

    I’ve never been there but my dining partner has been there multiple times. When I walked in I couldn’t help it but it smelled like dead ground sirloin in there really really bad. All I can think is that they needed very badly to clean their grease trap. Gross.. just gross. I had fish tacos which were good and subbed a salad for the rice. I most likely won’t be back. I’m very sensitive to the smells.
