Food was fantastic. Great place for Eggs Benedict! However, the service was lacking. Waited over 10 min for a server and our order came out wrong. Seemed as if they did not care. Do not order the original mimosa. The craft mimosas so much better for the $$.

Good burgers and service but chicken dishes were subpar (hot chicken sandwich and chicken salad). Kitchen needs some instruction on how to cook chicken - very basic stuff.

Came in with a party of 9 including 2 toddlers. Staff was great and no one seemed to mind if the toddlers were walking around our table. Great experience

Everything was great, except it was very cold. The AC kept turning on even though it was a cold November day

Duke's has a great menu - there is something for everyone and it is good! The staff was wonderful - attentive and very pleasant. My only complaint was the noise level. But it isn't the establishment's fault. Why do groups of people have to be so loud???? Why can't you just talk in a normal voice and think of others around you. and not always have to be "yukking it up". A group of six women were leaving after dining and instead of saying their goodbyes in the entrance area, they got up and stood by their table loudly talking while tables around them were trying to have their meals. I don't appreciate people standing over me. I just don't understand how manners have become so non-existent. I sound harsh, but when you go out for a nice meal or to meet friends for drinks, it should be a pleasant experience. Dukes is a great place for food but bad manners are everywhere.
