We are an approachable and refined restaurant, situated in the heart of Aspen. We are driven by the desire to create great tasting, uncomplicated food of exceptional quality. Where the ebb and flow of new flavors and traditional foundations come together! We highlight contemporary Mediterranean flavors, composed of seafood such as Lobster, Oysters, Crudo, and grilled meats.     We absolutely adore Duemani and their most recent upgrades have taken Duemani to an even more stellar level! Darko and his team always greet with a smile, recognize not only us but many of their other regular patrons by name. We feel very special whenever we come to Duemani and the food, service, music, and ambiance is magnificent. Add to that, the recent upgrades to the Cove downstairs which we used last year for my wife's birthday have made this room even more spectacular. A++. Thank you everyone!

    The food was excellent in every way - my brother said it was the best filet mignon he'd ever had! My vegetarian choices were also exceptional - and a generous portion of truffle fries too! The service was very attentive - perhaps a little too attentive, but all the staff were very lovely. The prices were a little steep, but all in all, I highly recommend Duemani.

    The food was delicious. Good menu choices so we had a hard time choosing what to order. The lamb was perfect. The crab tostados were so fresh and yummy. Will definitely visit again.

    The food and service are excellent. Our waiter, Gigo, remembered from our last visit several weeks ago what our drinks were and that my fiance has Celiac disease. A very enjoyable dinner.
