   They couldn’t find our booking at first. As I showed the confirmation mail they was fine. But we got a really bad table. They seated us in the hallway where it was very cold and everyone was walking by. It was not a nice experience for the price and we paid quick after the food. The food was good and the service was nice but anyway it was not the nice evening we hoped we would experience. I can’t recommend this restaurant.

   Gorgeous Venue and views. Delicious food. Will visit again. We went early evening and got to appreciate the view both in the light and in the dark..

   Very enjoyable evening. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The portion sizes were very good, a lot larger than most places for comparable price. The view from the 40th floor adds to the atmosphere. My only criticism is that lack of enforcement of appropriate dress code. The confirmation email mentions a dress code of smart casual & clearly states what is acceptable, however whilst sitting in the dining area it was evident that the dress code stated was not being enforced. There were fellow diners in very causal attire, like faded, ripped fashion jeans and hoddies and trainers. Nowadays there are not many occasions to dress smart to dinner or at least smart casually, but to have a dress code and not enforce it only seems to send out the wrong message and destroys the ambience the restaurant is trying to create. Sometimes it’s not always about gaining the last buck out of any punter that walks through the door. Standards will always speak for themselves. Other than that, myself and my party had a lovely & memorable evening for the right reasons.

   If there was one word to sum up this place, it would be "overrated." Of all the places I have eaten at during my seven day trip to london, this place had the worst and least professional service, hands down. Food: i ordered the bacon wrapped dates and corn ribs for appetizers. they were good and no complaints. for my main course i had the caesar salad with chicken. it was average. the portion was huge and was served on a plate that was way too small. it was awkward to eat. Service: my waitress took at least ten minutes to come to my table and take my drink order. i didn't see her attending to any other tables around me while i waited either. she then disappeared after taking my order. she didn't ask how my food was or offer drink refills, not even water. when i wanted to pay my bill and leave, she was talking to coworkers in the corner and never came back to my table. i had to ask the host for my bill. absolutely the worst service at any restaurant, pretty much ever! Atmosphere: the views are the only thing this place has going for it. i noticed an overall lack of attentive table service throughout the entire restaurant as well. i don't know if being open 24 hours drains the life out of everyone who works there, but this was probably one of the least engaged and least professional restaurant crews i've seen.

   I had an amazing time at Duck&Waffle! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of our experience was perfect. I can’t wait to come back!

   It was my birthday and i asked them in advance to have a table next to the window but unfortunately it wasn’t. The booking was between 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs for two people on the time of booking but in 55 minutes they asked us to leave . Ridiculous experience and they ruined my birthday day . Please change the management!!!

   The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. At the 40th floor you have a beautiful view with delicious food and drinks. Unfortunately the service was not as nice as our dishes. The waiter was annoyed by the first question I asked (he honestly could have said "no" if it is not possible to have the gingerbread hot chocolate with a vegan option). The two vegan savory dishes and the side mushrooms were not available today but they did not tell us when we were seated. After 1 hour they wanted us to pay and move to the bar and when we showed them the reservation confirmation for 2h, they were not happy to be in the wrong.

    The views over the city of London were spectacular, and the service was good. The food was all very nice and the signature duck and waffle has to be sampled. Menu was a little limited and £4 for a single polenta croqueta was a bit excessive.
