   Had 5:30 reservation. 20-25 minutes for a waitress. Only one waitress and one runner in restaurant. Very busy, full restaurant. Ordered salad and pizza. Salad was very good. Pizza was served cold, if waitress would have asked how we were enjoying our meal, I would have sent pizza back. It was not good, we voted it the worst ever in Myrtle Beach area in last 25 years. Waitress never visited our table after taking order. No one asked if everything was ok. I had to flag waitress for our bill. A very bad experience overall.

   Seated promptly. Hostess just dropped the menus at the table but thats ok. Server was fantastic, food was great as always. Very flavorful. We ordered lobster ravioli, manicotti, and a pasta primadora. Very pleased with our dining experience and will return. We have been coming here for 10 years and it has always been a great place to dine.

   Went there tonight and not our first time. Tonight was aweful, terrible service. It took long to get waited on, food came out inconsitantly, the waitress forgot our appitizer and then tells us it is being prepared but neglets to deliver it to our table. Then she never returned during dinner to ask how it was or offer more drinks. Then we ordered a pizza to go and she gave us our bill forgetting the pizza. Horrible customer service. No plans to return and surely will share this experience with everyone. Not even an attempt at all for service recovery. Then we get dessert to go which one we told the waitress about a food alergy and yet the dessert got messed up. Not to mention didn't look anything like the picture in the menu. Definetly telling everyone I come across what a joke of an establishment.
