Reservation was for 6:30pm. We were not seated until 7pm. It took another 20 minutes for someone to come take our order and then there was a 20-30 minute wait between courses. Our salad came out first, then appetizer, then entree, THEN soup, and finally dessert. The food was incredibly mediocre and while our server was very nice, there is no reason why dinner should be a 3 hour long ordeal. The server did offer to take a drink off the tab but it did not make up for the abysmal experience.

The food was amazing as always! Lacey our watress was also amazing .. We went to the bar to have an after dinner drink and Heather was also amazing. We love Drumhellers and their staff it is one of our favorite restaurants in the Tri Cities!!!

I paid $45 for a large charcuterie board that had very little cheese on it. It probably cost $5 to make. Poor value. The blue cheese balls were stuffed with a grape which took up the entire small cheese ball except for a small covering of cheese. Impossible to spread. Waitstaff tolerated us. I probably won’t be back.

Our first time here and it exceeded expectations. Amazing food and drinks, service was excellent. THIS is the best fine dining in Tri-Cities.

This was our third year attending the Christmas Tea and it was by far the best. The table settings were lovely and the food items were delicious and attractive. The service was very good and the servers were attentive to our requests. Thank you for continuing a livelt holiday tradition

Too slow and drawn out, didn’t get bread with our meal, literally just dropped off food and picked up plates, not a word from staff, for the money, I thought it be more elegant for the money. Didn’t offer coffee with desert, then again not a word said

We had a really nice dining experience - the staff was very friendly and dedicated to giving great service. Our Thanksgiving dinner was tasty and filling. A light, fresh green salad to go with the delicious butternut soup would have been perfect.

Martin provided us excellent service. The Thanksgiving dinner was excellent and they had gluten free options, which were also excellent. We will be back, thank you!
