Das gehobene, moderne Restaurant Dressler bietet einen Essbereich im Freien, eine Speisekarte mit Steaks, fantasievollen Kreationen von Meeresfrüchten, eine umfangreiche Weinkarte gepaart mit Vorspeisen und eine Bar mit Bedienung, spezialisiert auf Martinis, Portweine und Single Malt Whiskys. Dressler hat eine enge Verbindung zu einer Gruppe von Managern, die viele Jahre zusammen gearbeitet haben. Der Chefkoch Scott Hollingsworth, General Manager Tim Buchanan, Geschäftsführer Erik Draheim und Barchef Brian Lorusso haben mit dem Besitzer Jon Dressler 40 Jahre zusammengearbeitet. Die Kameradschaft und Wärme sind von dem Moment an, an dem Sie durch die Türen gehen offensichtlich. Ein zuvorkommendes Personal wird dafür sorgen, dass Ihre Besuch unvergesslich bleibt. Die 575 qm große mit 160 Sitzplätzen ausgestattete Dressler´s Metro bietet eine einmalige Aussicht auf die Innenstadt von Charlotte. Das Interieur wurde von der Ehefrau und Mitinhaberin Kim Dressler designt.

A busy New Year's Eve! Overall noisy, but we were sested a a wonderful booth which shielded us from much of the noise. Service was almost too fast, although we were not made to feel rushed. Crab cakes, short rib, haddock and pasta were all excellent!

We had such a great experience at Dressler’s - the food was excellent and the service was top notch. We ordered the french onion soup, the warm goat cheese, the filet with au poivre, the salmon and the brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious! I also got a mocktail which was the only disappointing item - it was a tiny glass of weirdly watered down pineapple juice for $8 so I’d say to skip it. There were so many other things we wanted to try that looked amazing that I can’t wait to go back. Definitely put this one on your list.

I have dined at Dresslers before and have always had a perfect experience. Last night felt rushed - understandable since it was New Year’s Eve.. we sat in the bar which wasn’t the typical Dressler’s experience - but it was fine! Food was perfect as always!

Food was good as usual. Filet cooked just right with just enough char on the outside. Quick turnaround time on food also. My Long Island Iced Tea was perfect. Compliments to the bartender. And a special thank you for accommodating a special table to celebrate 41 years of marriage with my sweetheart.

Great experience. We got the crab dip which was amazing, wedge salad, and shrimp and grits which was fabulous! My husband got the ribeye with garlic butter that was great! Great service and great food!
