We were originally told we could sit in our rented booth until 6:15 but we were presented with our check at 5:45 before the 4th quarter had even started of the SEC Championship watch party. They allowed us to stay until 6:15 but we had to stand for the remainder of the game.

Great restaurant to enjoy sports of any kind! I came here with my brother to watch the niners vs packers play & it was loud the crowd was full of energy. The appetizers & drinks were also delicious!!

Reserved a VIP table reservation for six at 2:30 PM. Receded at 2:30 PM on time never had a server approached our table in 25 minutes. Demanded our deposit back and left horrible service.

DraftKings Sportsbook at Wrigley could be a perfect place to watch the games, but the absolute lack of customer service just ruins the whole experience. I've been here twice now and each time has been a disaster. Servers are nonexistent, and food orders come out wrong. This place would be an easy recommendation if it weren't for the terrible service. You can easily find a cool bar showing multiple games on TVs and can place bets on your phone so this place isn't really offering anything you can't get anywhere else near Wrigley. The atmosphere is unmatched but the service really ruins the whole experience. I wouldn't come back here unless the service greatly improves. Go somewhere else to spend your money.

Customer Service was not very good, food order wrong, had to wait long periods of time for wait staff, food was okay.

No one approached our table. Waited 30 minutes for a waiter after getting the answer “someone will be with you” 3 different times from different people we had to go and ask. At end waiter didn’t apply -30 that we were promised at time of reservation.

We had a wonderful time. We loved everything about this place. The food and drinks were good. Our waitress was great. Overall we had a great experience.
