We strive to serve exquisite food and give excellent service. Dillard's specializes in traditional American steakhouse fare including Filets, New York Strips, Ribeye's, Wagyu, and more. Our side dishes range from Lobster Macaroni and Cheese to Garlic Smashed Potatoes, and are portioned to be shared with others at your table. The wine list is both exceptional and unique to this town as we tend to find wines that other dining establishments haven’t yet discovered. Our cocktail menu rotates with the seasons, utilizing fresh berries and herbs to highlight our spirits.

We had reservations at 5:45. We got there exactly 5:45 and we were told we had at least a 45 minute wait to get a table. They only had two cooks in the back two bartenders and one server and it was the night of a Broadway in Birmingham show. Supposedly the whole entire staff walked out, and that was all that was left to run the restaurant. So we ordered salads the quickest thing to eat and some french fries and lobster mac & cheese and we all just threw it in the middle of the table and ate family style. We were told if we ordered a steak it could be at least an hour before they even brought our food out. We didn’t have an hour we had a show to get to. It was an absolute fiasco. I might try it again once they have a full staff again. I know the one in Tuscaloosa is fabulous so I was just hoping Birmingham’s would be too.

Waited to be seated for over 10 minutes, the restaurant was vacant. Once seated at a dirty table and noticed the menu was nothing like advertised. An embarrassing restaurant Not worth your time

We had reservations for brunch on a Sunday, mid-morning. We arrived to find they were not serving brunch (although the ad was plastered on the door). We were seated at a table with something sticky that had previously been spilled and never cleaned up. No brunch, they don’t serve bloody Mary’s (?!), out of OJ, champagne and most everything else but beer. Ordered off the regular lunch menu and after 45 minutes and still no food, got up and left. The server was courteous and definitely displayed grace under fire, which is the ONLY somewhat positive thing I have to say about this establishment.

Was looking forward to a nice dinner with my daughter before a concert. We had reservations. Had to wait 30 minutes in line just to check in at desk and was told I would be called when my table was ready / another 30 minutes. Well we were pressed for time and had to find dinner elsewhere. I was never called or texted about my table being ready. While waiting we noticed the appearance of the restaurant was a step above a cafeteria at best! We barely saw anyone working there and anyone we did see were rude and stressed. This cold be such a nice restaurant if properly staffed! Don’t waster your money at all here!!

We made a 5:30 reservation before a concert. We arrived around 5:15 and there were many people in line. It became obvious the hostess, who was also clearing tables, was just writing names down on a list and randomly calling them versus checking them off in the system. We waited for over 30 minutes and then waited more at the table before a server came by. They were obviously understaffed, so much so that they weren't even seating all tables. We never got some of our drinks and the food was marginal. Our server was good but I'd just avoid this restaurant and go somewhere else because the restaurant as a whole doesn't have it together.

I’m had reservations for weeks for 5:30pm. When I arrived at 5:30, I was told there was going to be an hour to an hour and a half wait with reservations, due to the staffing issues. I never received a text my table was ready.. ever! Couldn’t even get a drink at the bar due to lack of service. Did not end up eating dinner Saturday night! A phone call to me prior to me showing up would have been nice. Very disappointed. And the hostess was so rude and not accommodating at all.

Understaffed! We had reservations and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to be seated. Bar had no clean glasses & were out of several times. The staff working did a great job. Food was very good. Manager was great. But it was total chaos.

Terrible experience. Had a 5 pm reservation. After several trips monitoring the host stand, finally got a table at 5:50 pm. They were very short handed and lots of order mistakes being made/observed. They were clearly not prepared for the business on a Saturday night and a sold out concert nearby. Poor management!

Booked reservations in advance for 4 on a night of a concert while staying at the Westin. Arrived for our 4:45 reservation but wasn’t seated until 5:20. Tried to order drinks at the bar but the bartender informed us repeatedly they were out of ingredients for everything we tried to order. He served my friend a glass of wine from an old opened bottle of rose after saying that was one of the few drinks he had available. He forgot the other three drinks. Once we were finally sat and ordered, our waiter returned to inform us that multiple items we ordered were unavailable. I ordered a filet oscared and they had no Oscar topping. I ordered my filet rare and it was served medium to medium well. It was incredibly salty and to get another one would have taken approximately another 45 minutes. I do not recommend this restaurant.
