   the table we were sat at did not have the correct chairs, they were too tall for the table; after asking if we could change tables because of that they said no. then they wouldn’t let us change the chairs until one or the hostess begrudgingly said we could only take from this one table. after sitting down finally it took another 20 minutes for our waiter to come. he asked us if we had been before and then asked us if we were playing games and handed us the card on the table without explaining anything and said he’d be right back. another 20 minutes go by and he still hasn’t returned. then a manager comes by and says there’s a shift change and our waiter is checking another table, she takes our drink order and leaves. two more waiters come over and ask if we’ve been attended to. before she comes back one server comes by and tries to hand us food when we didn’t even order it. another server comes back with a beer that we also didn’t order. when we finally get our drinks we ask to put in our order and the women said she would grab our waiter. another 15 minutes the manager came back and took our order. after another half an hour and the manager asks if we’re doing okay and we tell her we haven’t received our food. they come back with it and then our original server comes back and asks if we need anything. we ask for the check and he leaves AGAIN to take the order for a large party and comes back with the tablet to check out on. i would never come back again.

   We went here to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. He had an amazing time. My other son wants to go for his birthday in April.

   Had a reservation for 10 people at 6pm. Arrived at 6:05 pm and was told there were people at our table, and we would have to wait. I saw a large empty table and asked what’s wrong with that one, and he said it was reserved. 😳 what part of that makes sense? The food was bar food quality … greasy, spicy and salty. The spicy burger was good. The dumplings were the best thing I ate with the spicy soy sauce. Fried pickles were dissapointing and more like pickle flavored fried cornmeal. Lots to look at. Game area was very cool and high tech. My daughter said it was much nicer and bigger than the one we have in Pooler, Ga. TV’s everywhere with sports of course. It was one of my daughter’s 16th bday celebrations, but doubt I’ll be back for my own pleasure. Left around 9:30pm and the traffic on International Blvd was crazy and backed up on Friday.

   My family and I went to Dave and busters to continue to celebrate my 3 year olds birthday. Despite the fact I had a reservation and included my child’s age, they still seated my family at a high top. My child fell off the stool and was hurt. Thank god no blood or stitches were caused. Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen for the chain. The appetizers were hot and fast, which was fantastic. However then we waited for almost two hours for our actual meal. By the time the food arrived my toddler was cranky and tired. Not a good mix for dinner. When the food did get there, our meals were ice cold. I sent mine back and didn’t have them remake it because it was already late. My toddler didn’t even want to eat and my husband ate his meal because he was starving. Our bill was about 160 dollars, for that price we could have gone to a decent sit down restaurant.

   Upon arrival, we let the hostess know that we had a reservation for 5:15 pm. Without a smile or “hello” asked “how many”. We again told her 4 with reservation. She stated that we still had to wait 15-20 minutes because the kitchen was backed up and it always happens on saturdays. She then stated that since we signed up online for the reservation that our number is on file and they will call us back. We figured we could play some games and wait however 40 minutes later, no call. We went to the podium again and were seated right away by another host. We would have never got called… Besides that, food was decent, nothing to rave about.

   Very bad service, food was crappy but wasn’t expecting much there. We really went for the kids to play and that part was a success.

   No staff in the entry area to help direct patrons where to go to purchase game cards or where to check in for dinner. Food was delivered at slowly and inconsistently. One meal was served before the others and when the later arrived it was incorrect. Horrible dining experience. Noise so loud you can't talk to folks at your table without yelling. The only redeeming quality is the covered parking in the rain.

    The server was nice, but she lacked experience, not her fault. When they brought us our appetizers they did not bring appetizer plates, we had to flag a manager down to get them. The food was ok nothing memorable. We had a mojito and a long island iced tea, they were both very tangy tasting, not good at all. I don't think we will be back.
