   I had a mixed experience during brunch at Crown Republic. Unfortunately, the hostess was less than pleasant upon our arrival, which immediately set a negative tone for the meal. Thankfully, our waitress was very friendly and attentive, which helped offset the initial impression. The food arrived promptly and looked appealing; however, I was disappointed to find that the pancakes were pre-soaked in syrup, making them soggy. They were also topped with an excessive amount of powdered sugar. The kitchen should pay closer attention to these kinds of details, as they significantly affect the overall experience. Another point of concern was the coffee. It was clearly made with an automated pod system, which fell short of expectations. I’d strongly recommend investing in a proper espresso machine to elevate the beverage quality. Overall, I’m unsure if I’ll be returning to Crown Republic. The small details can make or break a dining experience, and based on this visit, there’s definitely room for improvement.

   Crown Republic consistently has great food with from scratch ingredients. We went for brunch and high recommend the Business Special, which includes eggs, meat, toast, and potatoes with wonderful flavors.

   The food and overall experience were excellent! Crown Republic never disappoints, I am always amazed at how consistent the food is every time. It is one of our family's favorite places to dine when casually celebrating an event! I would recommend it to anyone! Absolutely amazing!!!

   Excellent food, service. Noise level was a bit too loud in back part of restaurant where we were sitting.

   Party of 7, a bunch of our posse visited for brunch. The staff was inviting and friendly. 2 of us arrived early and got drinks at the bar while we waited for our party to arrive. Bartender was great and made us feel welcome right off the bat. Our table server took good care of us overall. Could have been more proactive to not let the drinks run dry, but looked like she was busy with a full station and training others. She was super friendly and brought us all we needed when asked. Food was off the hook. 11/10 for sure! Definitely recommend to others and visit again. Atmosphere was loud, but so are we, so we fit right in. Loved the throwback music choice on the overhead. Urban ceiling pipes nice touch. Chairs could be more comfortable. Thx for a great time!

    Went for the Sunday brunch and place was lively with diners at 2 pm. The food was quite good. We tried avocado toast and farro salad. Good wine selection and reasonable prices by the glass. Service was friendly but server got our order wrong and wrong food brought to table. Apologies but nothing more as we waited for the right order to come. One small detail that impressed: We noticed a worker thoroughly cleaning/disinfecting both sides of many menus that had been used. This attention to cleanliness was a good sign that spoke well for the place.
