   Food was pretty good but the service lacks. Server didn’t seem to enjoy her job. Took for ever to great us and then hardly stopped by. Dirty dish that had dried on food. Ate through appetizers before she even stopped by again to get a new plate. The 2.4% charge for the credit card is outrageous!!! No other restaurant does that and for higher prices on the dishes there shouldn’t be. If you go bring cash! Save your self some money.

   We had reserved a table of eight for my sisters birthday and retirement party. My husband and I do not live too far from the Roseville Crave and have eaten here quite often. Everyone had arrived about 10 minutes early. We were seated promptly at noon. Appetizers: avocado chicken egg roll with spicy ranch dipping sauce. Everyone loved. Salmon Nigiri (with rice) excellent- everyone loved. For those of you who eat sushi a lot. The cuts of salmon looked choppy and thick and just plain odd (poor knife skills?), but the salmon was perfect! Main dishes: Crave salad with Grilled Salmon added, Tuna poke bowls, walleye dinner, steak salad and chicken satay. Entrees were hit or miss. Wallet and poke bowls weee great. Steak on the salad was supposed to be med rare - 1/2 of it was 1/2 was well done. 1 salmon was completely raw inside and the other was partially raw (both were sent back and remade). Drinks: Chardonnay, pineapple lemonade, Prosecco, blood orange margarita (too sweet) We had a great time. Service was very good, until they got busy then we waited 20 minutes for her to check back in so we could get our check. 20% gratuity already added - due to the size of our party which is normal.

   We were at Roseville Crave for restaurant week. All the offered choices were fabulous. And, not to be over-shadowed, our waiter was also wonderful. He was attentive but let us have conversation time in a very busy Saturday night. Besides the great drinks & fabulous food; there were really good cappuccinos. It was a really pleasant enjoyable evening meal. I would highly recommend. I have been here before and they seem better each time; it easy to do.

   Open Table reservation was easy and helpful. Wait staff seated us at an appropriate table size for our group. Staff was patient with our time for ordering. Food was excellent.

   Need to do better with gluten free really being gluten free. Allergy cross contamination is serious.

   We went to CRAVE for Valentine's Day and had their Valentine's Day $149 three course meal for two deal. It was great and the food was delicious. Even though it was a three course meal, we didn't feel bloated or super full. It helped that they really paced out when they brought out the food. There were a lot of people but we were able to talk and hear each other. The atmosphere was good and the servers were all very nice and polite. Will most likely go on a special occasion again.

   The staff were fríendly and wonderful, very attentive and the food was very tasty. We enjoyed our meal and would come back again, perhaps next time to try the sushi, this time we both had flatbreads and the calamari, which were delicious.

    We were excited to be back at Crave for some good sushi and salmon. We had a reservation, but we still ended up waiting for a few minutes before anyone even spoke to us. No big deal, but the lack of attention continued when we got to the table. The service was slow and it seemed the kitchen was even slower. We ordered sushi as an appetizer and that went alright: we especially enjoyed the Pink Panther. When the entrees arrived, the plates were very hot—which I believe indicates they were sitting under the warmer for a long time. Still, the food was good quality and overall we were happy. We ordered dessert and it took over 20 minutes to get to us. When we asked for the check, we ended up waiting for that as well—and even though I got my payment out right away, it took another 15 minutes for our server to come back to run the card. It wasn’t ideal.
