   Great, evening out with the family to celebrate a birthday. Nice friendly staff and peaceful ambient atmosphere. The staff were attentive and the food was great. Thanks very much!

   Lovely experience with the family. We enjoyed the authentic American style food experience. My kids enjoyed the ribs, mac and cheese and halloumi fries, whilst I had a very delicious burger with a side of slaw. My wife commented that she particularly enjoyed her caesar salad, which she had with a prawn starter. Though we were not there for drinks as such we did note the bar stocked a wide range of craft beer on tap, and also there's shuffleboard too, which my son and I had a quick go at. A very enjoyable experience, we will be back

   If you’re looking for a dining experience that combines exceptional food with top-notch service, look no further than this gem in Hitchin. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and impeccable service that set the tone for the evening. The meat platter was nothing short of extraordinary—an abundant selection of mouthwatering dishes that left us more than satisfied, with plenty to take home in a takeaway box. The highlight of the platter for me were the pork baby back ribs and the beef burnt ends, both of which were cooked to perfection. The tenderness and flavor were second to none, leaving a lasting impression. To complement the meal, we enjoyed a refreshing homemade iced tea, which was the perfect balance of flavors and a welcome respite. As the evening came to a close, the addition of shuffleboard was a fantastic touch, providing a fun and relaxed way to end our meal on a high note. This restaurant effortlessly combines quality food, excellent service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s an experience I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Hitchin. Truly a five-star experience all around!

   Our experience can be summed up by Homer Simpson, "Mmmm, meat!!!" Service was brilliant, even though it was fairly busy, and staff were very pleasant and helpful and attentive.

   Does what it says on the tin - good range of beers and we had the sharing platter for two and it was a lot of meat! All really nicely cooked and while we did not quite manage to finish it all, that was because there was so much!

   This is easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had. It’s BBQ taken to the next level in a relaxed, casual but stylish atmosphere. The pork belly starter was completely out of this world. Selection of drinks and beers was fantastic and the in-house lemonade was a perfect combination of sweet and sour. If you haven’t been, go. You won’t regret it.

   This was our forth visit and we were disappointed to report. We had rack of ribs and burnt ends from combo menu, the presentation was fine. Sadly the ribs were chewy, they seemed dried out to me and had a overdone crispy layer over them. Wife's burnt ends were bit better, but again chewy in the middle. Chips were great and so was salad and coleslaw, I suppose you can't go wrong with those. We mentioned the chewiness, but was told that's how they are meant to be!!. Unsure where they can state this comment "Melt-In-The-Mouth Meats", perhaps it was just bad timing on our part, restaurant was very busy. We booked for 6.30pm as we know it gets full up. We had two lovely desserts, banana Brulé and ice cream. We were not rushed throughout the evening, and staff were attentive. We asked for bill and waited, waited and waited until it finally came with the pleasure of service charge included!! To sum up, its not the cheapest of meals for two in Hitchin, I found it expensive for what we had and what I was expecting from past visits, you always want good value but sadly it missed the point for us. We will give it a miss in future.

   Fantastic food and great service, unfortunately there was a large group of adults and young children and the children were on their own table. They were screaming and shouting and the parents just ignored them. The manager spoke to the parents but this didn’t make any difference either. Ruined the experience overall.

    We brought the kids this time as its half term to introduce them to our favourite bbq restaurant. Lovely staff very accommodating, great service and great food. The next generation approved!
