Food Network ‘Chopped’ Champion Chef Cory Oppold and the culinary team take you on a food journey of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor.

COURSE offers an 8-course Chef tasting menu Friday and Saturday and a 5-course ‘choice of’ menu on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. A special menu series called, of • COURSE, is offered as "experiences" with limited reservation availability. Please contact us for large group dining and private events.

Not just a meal, COURSE is a dining experience.

Wonderful evening. Enjoyed every minute. Our server, Alex was helpful and knowledgeable. Food was fabulous. I think a non-strip mall location should be in their near future however!

We have not had a meal like this in a really long time, a little pricey but the flavors and different ingredients that chief put together was a life experience. We would definitely go back again. EXCELLENT!

By far, one of our favorite fine dining experiences. We have been a number of times, and the experience continues to get better! Cory and his team are truly amazing!

My daughter, who is a former chef, and I went to Course recently. Everything was fantastic. The service impeccable. They explained all the different food items well. It was interesting and fun to try so many different things. We both recommend it.

Love this restaurant. It’s pricey but the food is gorgeous and done so artfully and prepared with such precision. The atmosphere is perfect, casual but still high toned. The service was excellent. A perfect restaurant choice for our anniversary.

Our server Cory was very attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you for accommodating for being the only one in the group who was vegetarian….I was not lacking and was excited to try veggies in a unique way.

The food was phenomenal and the overall experience was amazing. The staff was very knowledgeable and very attentive. We will definitely be coming back to taste the different seasonal menus.
