We hesitate to share about our experience with Courier because we don't want the secret to get out! However, everyone deserves to have the opportunity to experience what we did - AMAZING FOOD! From the appetizers to the main and through desert we were exclaiming about the tastes and wondering why it wasn't packed!? Turns out, a bunch of government conferences scheduled to visit the area have been cancelled so their attendance is down. Take advantage now!! We will be back as their new chef promises more delectable dishes on the horizon and we have every reason to believe him! Wow, what a great first visit!

We were not staying at the hotel but it was very busy with a conference and that seemed to impact the restaurant. They cancelled Happy Hour, we waited quite a long time for our drinks and our food was also very slow to arrive. We were overall quite rushed as we had theater tickets so it was not a great experience for us.

Food was excellent. Limited menu was disappointing but very happy with what we ordered (steak and salmon). We couldn’t order kids meals from our table, had to walk over and wait at their to-go counter. Service could have been better.

Exceptional food service and live music. Not typical hotel dining. Courier is a quality ingredients and clever menu dining experience....adelight for dinner and breakfast and has a cozy and calm, atomosphere. The chef making eggs made the best omelettes and my 6 year old labeled them best ever. For diner, they even have a kids menu with healthy and more robust choices for kids beyond standard Mac and cheese fare (and if they want that they have that too!). Had we not stayed at the Hyatt we would not have discovered courier and will definitely be back.

We chose Courier because we were staying at the Grand Hyatt. It was very convenient, but service was extremely slow. Food was good, not great, and the drinks were overpriced.

There were plenty of seats by the window, we asked to be sat there, and they refused, planning for other other larger parties to come in. No one ever sat at the open window seats while we were dining, very disappointing. I don't think it was the hosts fault, just what they were likely taught.
The cost of valet at the hotel was $30, no discount for eating at the restaurant inside, so we will likely not return.
