Probably one of the most disappointing meals we’ve had in a really long time. The server was fine. Nothing horribly off to report there. The food, however, was not palatable. The drunken shrimp appetizer was actually decent, and the most edible thing we were served. The shrimp and scallop risotto was not good. Flavors were off, and there were “interesting” inclusions like peas and corn. The steak churrasco was awful. The steak was tough and stringy. Flavor was not good and the fries were soggy. The vegetables were overcooked and over sauced. I didn’t finish the meal and had no desire to take it home either. The salted caramel crème brûlée was pudding. No carmelized sugar, and it was covered with powdered sugar to disguise that. This place seemed like a way to sell their wine club, but even the sangria was lackluster. The bill was $150 for two entrees, one drink, a shared appetizer and shared dessert, and none of it was good. I wondered why we had such an easy time getting a late reservation on Open Table. Now I know. We will not be back.

Enjoyed dinner last night with a couple eating at Cooper’s Hawk for the first time. They were very impressed and declared it the best meal with the best service of restaurants where they have eaten in Arizona. Shrimp, crab, lobster bisque and spare rib risotto and mushroom flatbread were instant favorites. Red wine flight was very well received as was the Reese’s ice cream cookie dessert.

Made reservations for 12:30pm. Waited over 25 mins to get seated at our table which was empty the entire time, because of the horrible hostess seating procedure. It was very disappointing. A few others also complained what the problem was with the seating. Would not recommend and canceled our future reservations.

Service was great. Our server was very patient as I was catching up with a friend. Love brunch & bubbles option. Had the short rib grilled cheese, tasty, but a little soggy.

Always love coming here for dinner. Definitely need a reservation but worth the extra planning. Bubbles flight is one of my favorite things to get. All the food is delicious!!

We were seated in the bar and had George as a server. We asked for some suggestions, to which my wife did get the short ribs. Our food was delicious. His suggestions on wine pairings were spot on. Overall, a very good experience and we will come back. Thank you, George for making this experience on date night fun

Amazing food at reasonable prices. The filet medallions with various toppings are creative and delicious; my husband paired his with the grouper fish, and wow, also delicious! Our waitress was helpful, attentive, and very personable. This was our first time at Cooper's Hawk, and we will absolutely be back on a regular basis.

Always have a great meal and service at Coopers Hawk. We had brunch - served on weekends. It was reasonable and delicous. High recommend this place

I am a club member. I visit the Chandler and Gilbert locations frequently (several times a year, if not monthly). The Gilbert location is not as enticing as the Chandler location. The service in Gilbert is subpar. Yesterday we at the Gilbert location for 2.5 hours, not by choice. The service was super SLOW! The to-go order came out before the regular entrees. The seafood bisque has changed and tastes more like seafood chowder. Seems like Cooper’s Hawk is loosing its appeal like many chain restaurants do because they just try to keep growing and don’t focus on what drew the customers in originally.
