Helmed by Chef Paul Verica, a two-time James Beard Award nominee, our culinary team crafts exquisite seasonal menus showcasing ingredients grown on our property and sourced from local farms. Complement your meal with selections from our Wine Spectator award-winning wine list, curated to enhance every bite. Tasting Events and memorable Dinner Experiences are scheduled throughout the year.

With an ambiance of refined elegance, The Conservatory invites guests 18 and older to enjoy elevated dining in a welcoming atmosphere. While ties and jackets are not required, we recommend smart business casual attire for an experience as sophisticated as it is inviting. Our experience did not go well at all. Once we were seated we waited 45 minutes for the waitress to take our order for drinks and another long period to get them. We had finished our drinks Long before we even got our food. Once our food finally arrived it was only Luke warm. Most of the people who were seated after us had already finished eating. We were the last people to leave the dining room. We arrived on time at 3:15 and left at 6:30.

An expensive 3-course meal which was marred by inattentive service and really poor main course. I would not recommend the Conservatory.

Would I come back- no.. the food was good. The ambience amazing. The wine selection- I’m a local. Was Way over priced .

My partner and I each selected a five-course dinner option from a wide-ranging menu of about 20 options. Each course was exquisitely prepared and we had a personal visit from the chef to answer any questions we had about food preparation or special needs. This ranked with one of the top meals I have ever had, both nationally and internationally. The price, with wine, for two was in the $500 range with tip, but the service, ambiance, and food made this special birthday occasion well worth it. I have no regrets. This is a place where one gets what one pays for. Simply superb!!

The Conservatory is a special place to celebrate a special event. For us, it was a wedding anniversary and it couldn't have been better. The staff was helpful with the menu as well as knowledgeable about the wines (we chose to do the wine pairing with the meal).

New chef’s tasting menu only, no longer offering ala carte, is exorbitantly expensive. We eat out often at very nice restaurants, was shocked by the bill. Very few reasonably priced wine options either..

Amazing country setting. Great experience at the bar before dinner. Service in the dining room was spectacular. Food was good to great, but uneven. Bread, salads & scallops were superb; lobster and duck were very good (but not outstanding; both fairly bland); dessert (carrot cake) was particularly disappointing (not fresh (clearly NOT made that day), and ice cream was almost bitter in taste), but petit fours before we left were delicious. But overall, a great experience. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area.
