The year was 1969 and innovation, style and pop culture were on the move. From landing on the moon to the Woodstock music festival, 1969 was a year to be celebrated. Located at the base of the Jensen Beach Causeway, Circa69 is more than the terms restaurant, bar or gastropub can express. Circa69 is our place and yours – a place to discover and experience the coming together of taste, culture and personality.

Much like our menu, our goal here is to create a unique spin on the expected – to reflect our passion for great food and craft cocktails, and a place to share all of this with great friends.

We arrived for our outdoor reservation to find a loud musician playing, couldn’t hear ourselves talk while walking by so asked to sit inside. Got to sit so we could hear the kitchen staff yell at each other, though I like Hell’s kitchen, not a pleasant atmosphere for Valentines day. Had to ask for water twice. Requested medium well and it was red in the center. Requested no tomatoes or pickles, got both. Had to repeatedly ask for catchup so fries were cold by the time it was received. Rumrunner was awful. Food was slow, people next to us had waited an hour for food. Food was good but staff was harried and overwhelmed. $70 before tip for 2 burgers and 2 drinks, not worth it.

Great food. Need to fix the time it takes to get drinks from the bar. Otherwise it was enjoyable and tasty.

Sadly we love this spot my husband had a very bad experience last Friday with cross-contamination of Gluten in his meal.

Food and drinks were excellent , server was a little inexperienced but friendly. Not a fan of automatic tipping, so won’t be back

Only 2 tables in the dining room were seated. Waitress was friendly but service was terrible. Waited a long time for drinks to arrive. My guest said her dirty martini was awful. When waitress finally arrived she sent drink back and waitress bought her a new one. Still awful. Appitizers came and were good. Waited and waited for entrees. Finally came. My Mahi was overcooked and rice gooey. There were 6 of us and only 1 liked his food. It was a burger. Expected more from this establishment.

Very nice place, food is inventive. We loved the Hot Honey-Prosciutto Flatbread, though it was more like a medium-thin pizza rather than traditional flatbread. The Calamari was cooked to perfection nd delicious, nice pour on the drink & wines by the glass. Get there a little early to find a parking spot during peak hours.

Very good overall, but I thought there would be more 69 memorabilia. Food and service were good. Prices were fair. We had to ask for water. It doesn't seem to be served automatically upon seating.

Loved the snapper and coconut rice. Was surprised manager wasn’t making round in New Years. Have been wanting to try this restaurant—glad I finally got the chance. Shout out to Annalise Buncy for checking on us and making it a personal experience in our little town.

Overpriced food, terrible service. Food came out cold. The $14 tuna nachos appetizer brings literally 4 nachos. Just terrible overall.
