The restaurant is inspired by love for Southern food, flawless service, and joyful wine and cocktails. Cindy Lou’s features the most stunning views of the iconic century-old Domino Sugar refinery in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. I made a reservation in advance for last night which was coincidentally the restaurant's "patio party," and I ensured that my reservation would be in the Happy Hour time frame. When my party and I arrived, we were informed that Happy Hour was only by the bar and that it was full. We then were seated at a table in the regular dining area, and had 3 different servers all come by asking us our water preferences. We finally asked the third server about the patio and they told us they were not aware of any of the specials happening but would find out. They never returned to tell us about the patio offerings. After 3 odd encounters, we finally moved to the bar when seats opened up, ordered 1 appetizer as one of us had Celiac's and there were no gluten free options besides peanuts on the Happy Hour menu, and quickly left and found another restaurant for dinner. While the views were great, it seems like a lot needs to be figured out to make this a better dining experience.

This has been one of the BEST restaurants EVER, everything was delicious and our server Temara was so AMAZING, we loved her so much, Definitely would come back when we visit Baltimore again, back to Louisiana we go...Thanks you guys!! Love, Ta'Nesha & Marlin Daniel

Cindy Lou's Seafood, in the Harbor Point neighborhood of Baltimore, is a nice casual restaurant located in the lobby of the Canopy hotel on the water with views of the inner harbor - including an excellent view of the Domino Sugar factory just across the river. We enjoyed a Saturday brunch there recently with some of the most memorable tastes. We highly recommend the Cream of Crab soup, the Shrimp and Grits, and the specialty cocktail that day which was something called "Waffles on Sunday" and included a mix of Piggy Back Bourbon, Whistlepig Barrel Aged Maple, and orange bitters. Overall, the food, views and ambience were excellent. We can't wait for the weather to get warmer so we can enjoy the waterfront patio. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed ourselves overall. We’d listed on the reservation that we were celebrating our father’s 82nd birthday but the restaurant didn’t do anything to acknowledge it which was kind of disappointing. Our server was great but was pulled in a lot of different directions - it seems the restaurant was quite understaffed for a busy Sunday brunch with a handful of servers working multiple sections. Food was terrific and we enjoyed the view of the water. We are local so eat here often and brought in guests yesterday who were visiting from out of state.

Had dinner for the first time at Cindy Lou’s to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The view of the water was beautiful! Service was just ok. The food was good, but not wow’d. I’ll go back one more time to see if it was just this experience.

All the food was amazing across the board. A great wine selection , as you'd expect. Excellent service and a beautiful view of the Harbor to top it all off.
