    On regular days, service and food are excellent, understandable, it was valentines and the service/food were not on par!!!!

    The food is Great. The service is chaotic. Needs better planning for filling reservations responsibilities. The ambiance feels like they are not finished decorating yet. Overall, I will eat here for the food. Wow!

    Not recommended for Valentines Day. Set menu and tries to rush you through dinner to get as many people through as possible. This location is loud, food is well below their normal standard. Very disappointed this visit. Normally very good food and service at the Woodlands and Gessner locations.

    My husband and I celebrated his birthday and Valentine's Day at the Memorial city location. The service was attentive and accurate. There was a Valentine's Day menu which consisted of a 3 course meal for approximately $75 per person which was not worth it based on the portion sizes and choices. I have mixed feelings about celebrating special occasions there just saying.

    The website did not mention that you could only order from a fixed menu for Valentine’s Day. The waiter told us there were no exceptions however later we overheard another waiter offer another group the opportunity to order outside of the special menu. On top of that, I ordered a bottle of wine only to be told 15 minutes later that they were out of that wine. Although I could not order what I wanted, the food I got was tasty.

    Food and service is always great here. We do wish they advertised the limited menu and pricing before sitting us at the table. We felt blindsided by the price and obligation to pay per person, as did the couples around us.

    Absolutely love this place! It’s been a favorite of my husband and I’s for over 15 years and I’ve been probably 20-30 times. He has since past and now I’m sharing his favorites with our son. We celebrated on his birthday here and as always, the food and service were fantastic. I just wished I lived closer so I could go more often!

    Very nice restaurant with an amazing ambiance. Service was decent but lacked attention of waitstaff for the caliber of restaurant. Food items were great and prices were reasonable. Loved the expansion of menu items including drinks. Have been visiting this restaurant for over a decade and have definitely seen improvements in overall service.
