The service was fine but we were disappointed in the quality of the food for the price. Bacon was very extra crispy. The shrimp and grits was very low on grits and the bacon in it was soggy and almost undefinable. The meat on the breakfast sandwich was overcooked and dry. Certainly not the best we’ve had there by far.

Had a nice dinner the day after Valentines. Had an early reservation as we were going to a show afterward, and dinner was served efficiently/quickly. Restaurant was very busy. Service was good. Tuna poke bowl was great- tuna was so smooth. Mistakenly thought there was a valet, but thankfully there is a parking deck right next to the restaurant.

Great first experience dinning at church and union! The food was delicious, atmosphere was energetic, and service was on point! I brought my girlfriend here for Valentine's and she was very impressed! We purchased the Valentine's Pre-Set menu and I did not disappoint! I would definitely recommend for an anniversary or special occasion!

The ran out of food for a fixed course. Asked for substitutes and was told no. 30 minutes later came back saying she might possibly be asking her manager for bread after inquiring. Not accommodating, stupid staff, couldn't even tell you about the food. Wine was good, not that they made it. Went to black rabbit couple blocks over and was one of the best meals my wife and i have had in nashville. If you want to be gaslit, definitely go to church and union when they have a fixed course menu

Valentine’s Day 100 “3 course”. Left a lot to be desired. Bibb salad was approximately 6 bites of food. Cous cous was inedible, tasted like tap water. Chicken stringy. Steak was very good. Dessert was good. Area we were sat in was a room that amplifies noise. Couldn’t hear much over the table of 8 seated in the middle. Odd set up for a valentines date, pretty disappointing. Had to eat when I got home to get full. Certainly not the quality of food to charge that much for a small plate. Won’t be back, wouldn’t recommend.

Very cute and elegant. Service was great. I didn’t like my first entree so they replaced it right away and it turned out great.
